Our stay "under the arcades of Fourcès" delighted us and we would definitely recommend this place. The house is as described, bright, beautifully decorated and spotless. The location is really exceptional with a grocery store a stone's throw away where several quality local products are offered and a restaurant a few meters away to discover. In addition, the hosts are adorable and available. Special mention for the wood burning stove that creates such a warm atmosphere in this exceptionally cold early fall.

Very good welcome from Sylvie , clean and well arranged accommodation,the room is spacious and the bedding comfortable,there is nothing missing in the apartment there is everything you need. If we are back in the area we will come back without hesitation.

Very good stay in Lannes, spacious, well-equipped, with convenient bathroom and kitchen. The beds made and towels are very nice to find on arrival after 8 hours of driving. Good communication with the host who is very friendly and responsive.

Very well located accommodation, in a quiet environment, a few minutes walk from the center of Nérac. Nice place to stay with a big balcony. Small downside: it's missing a coffee maker and some dishes like bowls. Otherwise I would recommend this spotless listing. Friendly host.
