Only positive words can describe the feeling one gets when you meet Roberta and here husband Francesco. Judging character is not always an easy tasking but meeting the aforementioned it was easy to understand that they are of a high moral fiber. Good friendly conscientious dependable people...did I mention hard working too? The house is outstanding but most impressive was the nature of their personalities. And I do not usually use standard cliches when speaking about credible people but they are indeed the salt of the earth. In fact having traveled much of my adult life to over 40 countries and sometimes I liked the countries so much I returned in some cases over 10 times....Tuscany has been an almost overwhelming e/perience and the Tuscan people such as Roberta and Francesco have been incredibly helpful and above all other destinations the friendliest and we certainly will be back. Beautifully located with an amazing view from the terrace. The driveway is narrow and a bit bumpy, so a smaller vehicle is the ideal solution to easily get anywhere. Pratovecchio Stia is a very nice place with an excellent ice cream parlor and an excellent bakery. We enjoyed our vacation and can absolutely recommend the apartment. You shouldn't have fear of bugs, small scorpions or lizards - they're just part of it. For this, you are in the middle of the nature.

When visiting Italy our goal was to experience the real Italy and not be stuck in a tourist trap. Porciano achieved this with flying colours. Barbara and Paolo welcomed us warmly and made sure all our needs were met. Casa Lichio was ideal for our needs, neat, clean, comfortable and above all, authentic. It is worth noting that the second bedroom accesses the bathroom via the main bedroom. It was with a heavy heart that we left after our four week stay.

I had a wonderful stay in this,a real corner of peace and tranquility. The property is cozy and thoughtful, perfect for those looking for relaxation and a serene atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle. The cleanliness was impeccable, and communication with the host was always clear. The surrounding landscape is enchanting and offers the opportunity to enjoy nature and beautiful walks. I recommend it to anyone who wants to unplug and reset in a unique environment.
