My family & I hosted Thanksgiving at Justin’s place! It was nothing short of amazing.

The house was amazing. It was like home away from home. Will definitely return and book again. The host went above and beyond. Loved everything about this booking. I just wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Jade was very friendly and quickly helped us with the wifi when there a small issue. The guest house was beautiful and clean and we would love to stop by again in the future!!

One of the best Air bnb experiences ever. House was fantastic and the pool was even nicer better! One of the greatest features is the front porch — enjoyed many meals and relaxation time there. Sooooo charming! Never been to Suwanee before but definitely would go back… just a great 3 weeks! 🧡💜💙

We had a get together with nine adults and five kids. The living area was large enough for all of us to sit around and have fun. All 7 bedrooms had attached bathrooms! The house is large and well maintained overall. Would recommend for large groups.

The stay is great. The home is beautiful. clean & has everything you need & more. Precious responds immediately to your messages. Precious also checks on you to make sure everything is going ok & that there is enough household items especially with my long stay. She gives you your privacy. This is the best stay I ever had & things didn't finish when planned. I was overwhelmed to make sure I booked her home for longer. She made the process so easy on me. If you in town or like me just getting work done to your home ...try Precious Paradise. I promise you will not be disappointed. From the host kindness to the beautiful home they provide was a great experience.

Truly enjoyed my stay. I booked very last minute due to issues with another Airbnb which caused me to cancel after arriving there and the other host was unresponsive. Carol provided excellent customer service and amazing accommodations. My new home away from home.

We recently stayed at this beautiful home for our Christmas vacation and it was exactly like it was portrayed in the pictures! Everything was clean and put in its place. We felt right at home! The owner was super friendly. We would definitely stay again in the near future.

First and foremost, Kirk responded to any questions that I had leading up to our stay. Upon arrival, it was easy accessing the property and the freshness that hit you once you walk into the house was a plus for my family and me. The house was exactly in order as it's listed on the Airbnb platform. It was spacious, a home away from home great experience! The bedrooms were cozy, and the beds were very comfortable. Michael’s place was great! We had the up and downstairs for our family and it was plenty of space to spread out. The only cons were the staircase between levels was a little tight as was the driveway to get to the parking pad. But we were both in vans and made it fine just take it slow. The separate kitchens and living rooms made it where we could have our own space but get together and hang out too. The house is nestled in this cute neighborhood where you feel out of the city, but is close enough to get to downtown pretty quickly. We also took a quick 30 min drive up to Marietta to go to Flashback Arcade and it was an easy drive and we all enjoyed the old school arcade! Michael was a great communicator and always answered back really quickly and was proactive with giving details and info about check in, check out and info about the house. We would definitely stay there again.

Brittaney did an excellent job overall, was very communicative when I had a question. The place felt just like a home away from home. My Sisters enjoyed their stay and rooms n just loved the house. We were disappointed about the fireplace to have more cozy like PJ n Tell All over drinks but did have an option to do so outside if wanted to with the pit table. More so would definitely rent this place again for sure!

We had a wonderful stay at Wendy’s place visiting with family in the area. The home was very comfortable and our dogs loved the backyard. The area had several parks with great trails for our dogs.

Great stay, and Anastasia was very kind and accommodating. The place is so cute - great decor, so clean. Very welcoming. It’s located at the entrance to a quiet neighborhood, but you definitely get noise from the main road - cars revving their engines at night and occasional sirens. It was only a minor detraction from the overall experience though. We would definitely stay again.
