Comfortable, full of character and style. A very comfortable base in a great location - easily walkable to old Hastings and its amenities as well as Hastings and the shopping centre/train station. Great local recommendations and very clear instructions. A perfect base.

Excellent communication and a lovely stay at Sophie’s place, which was a good walking distance into town along the lovely seafront. All double rooms were of a great standard and the communal areas were perfect for entertaining ourselves - loved the style of the place too, the host’s interior design background definitely shone through!

A superb home with character, design features, and so thoughtfully laid out. I knew that the location was about rest, relaxation and peace but the physical location of the house with direct access to the sand dunes and the beach was epic. My partner and I took out three dogs with us and it was the exact medicine needed for complete rest, relaxation and was an oasis of calm. The sunrises and sunsets were stunning. Sophia was an impeccable host and I could not have asked for me. I have never wanted to book the same place twice but.... I will be booking again.

We had a lovely family gathering here. Loved the close proximity of the beach and had some lovely walks from the door with the dogs. We ate in and the kitchen was very well equipped for larger numbers. The two lounges worked well for us we used one as a playroom. The rooms were spacious, larger than in the photos and lovely and warm. Jo was a very good host, with clear and warm communication.

We’ve had a wonderful weekend in this fabulous house. Perfectly positioned and a beautiful view out to sea. The house is comfortable, warm and really well furnished. Will definitely book again. Thank you Jacqui!

The Admiral Penn is a fantastic property right on the seafront. It was immaculately clean. Bathrooms are beautiful and the house is very well equipped. 5 large ensuite bedroom with large beds. We really enjoyed our time here over Christmas 2024 and will definitely be back in the future. If you wake early enough you can watch the sunrise from some of the bedroom windows or better still go for a run along the seafront. We used to live in Walmer and Whitstable so we know this part of Kent really well. There is a lot to do here. Don't miss the wartime tunnels under Dover castle and Canterbury Cathedral. The only drawback with the property are the stairs which are winding, steep and shallow so that's a consideration if you have people that are not good with stairs. Other than that, I thoroughly recommend this property.

Sheila’s house feels like a home the moment you step inside. It’s roomy and bright throughout. We all loved the place including the young grandchildren who spent ages in the garden amusing themselves. The kitchen is packed with masses of everything you could think of and as we cook this was brilliant. As all the adults have stressful busy lives this break was so relaxing, just what was needed. As a birder I highly recommend Pegwell reserve for a great walk and great birdwatching. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely four days with our two dogs. The house was bright and airy with amazing views of the sea. Kitchen was fully equipped. Beds were comfortable. Would definitely like to stay again.

Very spacious. The location is great! The outdoor bbq provision was perfect for our freshly picked oysters from the nearby beach. I would recommend this place.

Really recommend. Location is great for the beach and walkable to Westgate which has loads of amazing independent food venues and shops. Ate so well!! Our host was really helpful and had great local knowledge and recommendations. The property was spacious, really nice and clean. Our kids (7 & 4) loved playing on the mezzanine and enjoyed having access to some toys and games. It was a really nice stay!

We stayed in Camber with the hope to explore Camber, Rye and Hastings, however the February weather was against us! It turned out to be just what we needed, quiet relaxation and a couple of walks on the beach and according to my FitBit, the best sleep I ever had! If you are planning on staying out of season and are on foot, I advise you to stock up on supplies as the local shops may well be closed as we discovered!

We had an incredible stay at Bobby’s house in Kent! It was a fantastic experience, especially for the children with special needs we brought along—they absolutely loved it. The house was perfect for our group, and Bobby was incredibly responsive and attentive throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Beautifully decorated home with a lovely warm feel, fully equipped and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool!

Had a brilliant holiday at the lighthouse - great location with sea and walks in the doorstep. The house was perfect for us really interesting , inspiring and quirky with everything you could need. Comfy beds, clean, private and quiet. Maggie was a lovely host to communicate with. Great views too! Want to return in the summer to use the pool! Thank you :)

I booked Lorna’s house for my 50th birthday weekend away with friends and it was absolutely perfect. Beautiful house, perfect size, amazing sunsets and just a great location, the welcome basket was a lovely touch!! Lorna was so responsive and helpful when I messaged her and made everything so simple. Highly recommend and will be back. Thank you so much Lorna.

Our holiday was for a group of 10 over the New Year's Period. Beach Haven was just right for the trip. The location, just set back from the road but right across from the dunes/beach is a real draw. The main living/dining area is spacious, attractive and atmospheric – perfect for cooking commnual meals and hanging out as a group. The 5x bedrooms and 3x bathrooms are comfortable and offer a decent amount of privacy away from the main space. As most of the group had to work in the course of the trip, the second living room was also very helpful as an alternative workspace/a place to take meetings and calls. We had an excellent stay and would happily recommend.

Amazing stay! Located right on the beach, beautiful views and only a short walk along the beach to the harbour and high street! First time in Whitstable and we cannot wait to book again for our return visit!

A very special place and ideal for our pre Xmas family get together

We had the best time staying at Ben’s place. We’ve visited Margate many times and this place just topped off a great NYE visit. The place was even better than the photos and we felt at home immediately. The art and decor was stunning, beautiful design whilst also feeling cosy. Would love to visit again in the future. Thank you so much for such a great break!

The house was lovely and just as it looked in pictures. Close to beach and enclosed garden made it perfect for dogs. We had everything we needed in the house and Hannah was very helpful with recommendations for places to eat. Would definitely stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house worked really well for our group of 8. It offered plenty of space and had lots to keep all ages entertained. The pool table was a big hit and being able to walk out of the back garden straight on to the beach was great. The instructions for access were easy to follow and the host responded to a couple of questions we asked during our stay.

Our stay at Amanda’s place was great! The house was beautifully set up for our Christmas stay, perfectly clean and lots of nice touches like our welcome hamper and clear instructions for all amenities. There was more than enough space for us all to gather together and create some great family moments. Despite Amanda being away at the time she ensured her friendly neighbour welcomed us into the property and gave us a guided tour. The view of the coast from the living room and front bedrooms was stunning and there was lots of space for storing our bags/clothes as well as in the fridge for food we wanted to cook in the beautifully designed kitchen. Overall I would definitely recommend and would visit again!
