Exquisite Oceanfront Condo outstanding experience!

This was our first time to Puerto Vallarta and our favorite trip to Mexico so far. Teresa’s Grand Venetian ABB was just as described a good value. With a comfortable bed and good AC. The washer and dryer are very convenient. We enjoyed the property with easy access to the beach and pools. Great security, you always feel safe. Taxi and Uber respond quickly when you want to go across town. Banks, shops and restaurants are easy to get to. The caretaker picked us up at the airport, checked us in. Getting from the airport and checking in could not have been easier.

The room features two spacious queen beds with light-colored bedding. Decorative pillows add a pop of color. Two distinctive chairs accompany the beds, while a patterned area rug adds texture. Soft lighting is provided by two lamps, creating a comfortable ambiance.

The location of this place is fantastic! It's right in the heart of the action, surrounded by great bars, restaurants, and the beautiful beach. The place itself is really cozy and comfortable. The terrace is especially amazing, with stunning sunset views. The staff is friendly and always willing to help, making the experience even more enjoyable.

A spacious studio suite features a comfortable king bed, a seating area with gray sofas, and a round coffee table. A large flat-screen TV is mounted on the wall, with art pieces showcased on adjacent walls. The room displays a modern black and white checkered floor.

River View Studio Suite Old Town Puerto Vallarta

This was probably our 14th trip to Vallarta. The building is in a great location in Zona Romantica. Being on the 1st flr (2nd flr for Americans) it was somewhat noisy, being so close to the street, though we weren't bothered that much. Eric warned us that there is construction across the street, so we expected some noise. We like the nice long swimming pool & gym on the roof, although they don't open til 9 AM, which is annoying for my husband, who likes to work out early. As is the case for most condos in Vallarta, the kitchen cabinets were installed too high, & there aren't enough hooks & towel rods in the bathrooms. The hanger rods & shelves in the bedroom closet were also too high, which makes hanging & retrieving clothing very awkward. We would also recommend that the numerous light switches be labeled. All that said, the unit is very nice. We love all the sliding doors/window. We would probably stay here again.

A private pool reflects the surrounding architecture and garden. Sun loungers are positioned along the deck, framed by tropical plants. The two-story building features multiple windows and balconies, enhancing the inviting ambiance of the outdoor space.

We had a relaxing stay and we love that Casa Ritual offers luxurious amenities. The vintage aesthetics of Casa matches the photos. One note, I did take was that the receptionist’s can be more welcoming. But, the staff that work the bar/restaurant were very friendly and kind.

A vibrant jungle-themed room features a bunk bed with two full-sized mattresses, a spacious bed, and colorful murals on the walls. A full bathroom is accessible through a door, and a ladder leads to the upper bunk. A ceiling fan and floor fan are visible.

We had a very unique and unforgettable experience here! The amenities (pool, shared kitchen) were comfortable to use. The host, Robert, is very kind and provided useful tips. Unfortunately, the room was a bit small for the 3 of us. We also weren’t sure if the bedding had been cleaned prior to our arrival. Other than that it was a great stay!

This was our 2nd time staying here and it never disappoints. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the residence is gorgeous. Food is amazing at both restaurants and the gym is a nice bonus. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, maybe we need to make it an annual trip

Boutique Hotel; Church and Ocean View.

The hotel was just lovely. Thee view over the church of the ocean was perfect and the balcony was wonderful to relax on in the morning and evenings. The place is unique, tastefully decorated, and the staff was more than helpful! At one point I messaged our host through the app asking where we could buy a couple tiny screws for our broken luggage, within 30 seconds he sent his staff, Ramon up to fix it! The downtown area is a little noisy, if that's something that bothers you, I might suggest bringing ear plugs, but totally worth it for the proximity and ambiance.

A shared pool area is highlighted, with water gently flowing from a decorative fountain. Surrounding the pool are lush plants and two woven chairs, providing a relaxing space. The villa features multiple levels, with large windows and a staircase leading to the upper floors.

Robert's place feels like a boutqiue hotel. Very beautifully decorated and well maintained. It's great place to stay in Zona Romantica. Approx 10-15 min walk to the beach. At the time of my visit (Jan 2025) there were some constructions going on the street right outside which means there were some construction noise and debris outside but otherwise wonderful place and location!

Jessica's communication was great. She was helpful with anything I needed. Check in was a breeze. Room was basic, but affordable. I pretty much just slept while I was there, but people seemed to be having a fun time in the back where the restaurant and bar were, but it didn't affect my sleeping.

A well-lit entryway showcases a spacious seating area with a white couch, complemented by colorful cushions. Glass walls provide a view of a lush garden, while natural stone flooring adds a modern touch. Stairs lead to an upper level, enhancing the airy atmosphere.

Excellent location a few blocks from the Malecón but far enough from the night clubs to be quiet and peaceful. Clean spacious room with a good shower. Air conditioning worked. The pool area was nice, but don’t expect a view. Note that there is no mini-fridge in the rooms. Good value because of the location.

Bill & April's home is a dream! I would highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a quiet vacation away from resorts, has all the amenities as big hotels, but more personal. Bill welcomed us at the airport and took the three of us to their home which is in a lovely neighborhood just above PVR. Their home is gorgeous! April welcomed us at the door to give us a tour. I fell in love with their backyard which has a nice size pool, plenty of lounge chairs and the most incredible porch/deck for cooking and to relax. Their home is on the canal, so there was plenty of wildlife to entertain our son for hours. As many of the other reviews have mentioned, both April and Bill go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. They love what they do and it shows. We will forever have fond memories of our stay and look forward to visiting again in the future!

Everything about the room, cleaning, and the staff who work in the hotel is excellent. But this time I am very disappointed with the food in restaurants and the prices in restaurants that are absolutely inconsistent with reality! This is not my first time in Garza and I have always admired the food in restaurants and the service in them, but now this is something terrible! In an Italian restaurant, for 2 salmon carpaccios and one meat carpaccio and a dubious and not tasty artichoke and salad and mineral water, they charged me $192!!!!!! This is a robbery!!! In a Japanese restaurant they used to bring some small tasty treat as a compliment from the restaurant, but now they bring soy sauce and say it’s a compliment!!!! Where has this been seen!!! Soy sauce is a necessary component!!!! Eel sushi comes with eel skin, but the eel itself is only in 3 pieces, and the other 5 are without it!!! When you call the manager, they change the dish to a completely different one, which already contains

Marcos’s place was perfect for us. The room was on the second floor which was a great location over looking the ocean and pier. The room was very large and the balcony was amazing. This place was so perfectly located for us to walk everywhere. Great restaurants and bars close by. Would highly recommend!

Moises and his wife were amazing ! I will come back for sure ...Moises was very knowledgeable and helpful in any situations ...It is like 20 min walk from beach, but it didn't border me at all since I like being active ...Moises is the best host I ever had through Airbnb booking . The best stay ever in my life !

The house has everything you need to have a good family vacation, it is quite spacious and had all the amenities described, the common pools are quite spacious which we love. It features a private pool with a good temperature as well. It is located near local shops. We had a very good communication with the administrator and I support us in all the doubts that arose. We would definitely like to come back and stay here :) .

Liz was very friendly, we arrived at night and welcomed us smoothly. The house was very nice, very clean with air conditioning and the very full bathroom had everything we needed. We'd stay there again.
