Extra Large studio apartment in a hillside home. NO TELEVISION SET Full private kitchen, bathroom with shower, dining area and pool (unheated.). Located in the picturesque town of Santa Paula, 15 miles to Ojai and 17 miles to Ventura. Unique little spot with amazing views. We were even able to get a bit of hiking in - Lisa gave us the inside scoop on how to walk from our lil trailer to the Topanga State Park trails. We spent some time in LA as well as Oxnard to go whale watching - couldn’t have been better situated to access all the good stuff and take some scenic drives (if you’re into that sort of thing). We are into that sort of thing. Well worth the money just for the atmosphere and nature (fell asleep to the croaks of the local frog population) though we didn’t see any. Comfy beds and restful sleep. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Shelli’s bungalow! Great location within walking distance of Main St, restaurants, breweries, shops, and the beach. Comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen, and the entire place was super clean. We loved the fenced-in front yard for our 2 pups and enjoyed playing Jenga in the backyard while sipping wine. Shelli and Joel were super responsive and great accommodating hosts. We loved every moment of our stay and hope to be back again soon!

Loved my stay with Joelle and CJ, they provided great amenities and the view is absolutely gorgeous. They do a great job in making you feel right at home, while also maintaining privacy for guests. Really love what they did with the guest house overall, it’s very well designed and thought out! The patio lanterns and lights were also a wonderful touch to add to an already cozy ambience. I have already recommended this place to others and would not hesitate to come back :)

What a great spot! There is a lot to do within walking distance but there are a lot of stairs to get to the main thoroughfare. The cottage was super cozy for a tiny house. The kitchen had amenities for the first morning which was helpful after a day of travel. We wished we had more time to spend there but there was so much to do in Ventura.
