We had never stayed in Topanga before and we weren't driving. Jennifer's place fit the bill for rustic, quiet and peaceful in the heart of Topanga but walking distance to a cluster of restaurants/cafe and groceries. Had a good few days.

Wow!! So many positive things about this awesome rental that I honestly don’t know where to start. Angelique is a truly amazing host and went out of her way to make sure we had a wonderful experience. We were in town for our son’s graduation from UCLA and she was so incredibly accommodating and welcoming. The backyard and pool are absolutely stunning. The fairy lights at night make you feel like you are in a magical wonderland of peace and tranquility. The manicured yard and landscaping looks like it’s right out of a magazine. Every one of my family members commented on the attention to detail and how they felt right at home. A heartfelt thank you to Angelique for making our stay such a memorable experience. We can’t wait to rent here again!

Casita Solstice is just as described: quiet, secluded, and has views for days from the canyons to the ocean! You can also watch a beautiful sunrise and sunset right from bed, or while taking a bubble bath. The little overlook at the edge of the property is a great spot to have coffee in the morning and listen to the birds. Deborah and Peter were great hosts, helpful, and quick to answer any questions. Would stay here again!

This is a beautiful and very well thought out and equipped place. I would say that the description did not adequately describe the level of comfort and luxury felt in this beautifully outfitted home. Every bedroom has all the amenities and creates a private world for each of the inhabitants in each bedroom. The kitchen had everything one might need with many, many extras, paper towels, paper plates, cleaning supplies galore. The area feels like California of the 70’s. The local food places are owned by the people who wait in you who are so grateful that we went there. There is a really fun vintage store with many treasures to look through. We went to a completely free USNavy Seabees Museum which was fascinating. We definitely want to return to the area which has the most beautiful sandy beaches and staying at this house certainly added to the fun. It was my son who is 40, my grandsons who are 8 and 10 and my daughter, the boy’s Mom. There were even thoughtful and entertaining games!

Had a beautiful and relaxing weekend trip with my partner and this was the perfect place to rest our heads. Clean, cozy, and in a perfectly serene location. The hosts were helpful and kind, making everything as easy as can be. Would absolutely recommend or stay again!

Very comfortable accommodations, and in a nice location, especially if you are into hiking or bicycling. It’s a short ride down the hill to the beach and a route all the way down to Marina del Rey. Nice business district close by to the house with restaurants and markets, and on Sunday a farmers market. Lots to choose from. Our host was very nice and allowed us to park our bikes securely in the garage. The house was very well stocked and visitor friendly, and the back patio had a great view overlooking Temescal canyon and a bit of the ocean.

This home is full of character and charm… inside and out! Backyard is really lovely and serves as an extension to the living space in sunny So Cal…we would return in a heartbeat!

It was perfect for our needs. We are remodeling my mom’s house and needed to get away for a few days. Jamie’s cottage had all the comforts of home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are planning to go back during phase 2 of the remodel. Thank you so much!

This location and home were absolutely fabulous! This home has everything you need along with many little extras to make the stay amazing. Scott and Randi are helpful hosts and Scott brought treats from local places to enhance the stay. Our dog loved the home and the backyard is secure and safe for a dog. A list of “bests” is left and it is right on We were so comfortable and this felt like and was luxury!

Great place for families. lots of room, kitchen with enough utensils/appliances to cook for family. just like home.

We (two adults, two kids) enjoyed this waterfront Malibu condo - fell asleep to the crashing of the waves every night. It's not a luxury rental per se, but was a great deal for the location and comfort and the main living area was very nicely decorated with lots of sitting areas. The kitchen was amply stocked with various pots/pans etc and you cannot beat the view from the porch! We appreciated the washer/dryer units as well. The location is perfect for any place along Malibu you may want to visit. We were able to get to a variety of beaches within a 10-15 minute drive. It's also conveniently located close to Malibu Country Mart, which has shopping, groceries, and restaurants.

Hosts were generous and very kind. I'm pleased with the whole experience from beginning to end. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay, the beds are very comfortable - felt just like home. The place was clean and just as described. We didn’t use the pool or sauna but looking forward to that in a future stay there.

We had an amazing stay at Katherine and Logans place. We travelled as two adults and two kids and the place was ideal for us. The garden is so sweet and private and the pool was the highlight for the kids :) The place was spotless and the photos did not do justice, its better in reality! The location is perfect, you don´t feel the buzz from central LA, but there are great restaurants and supermarkets just around the corner, and it´s very easy to access Universal Studios and other highlights in LA. Katherine and Logan are a wondeful couple and we felt at home the second we arrived!

Murry was so responsive and welcoming. This was a last minute anniversary trip and he was so accommodating. The ranch is beautiful and the horses were a wonderful bonus. Malibu beach is a short drive down the canyon. Thank for going above and beyond! We will be back!!

Gloria was a fantastic host. The 4 bedroom home was perfect for our family…very clean, spacious, well appointed, and in a quiet neighborhood that was close to many restaurants and stores. Gloria was responsive and friendly. Highly recommend this home!

We enjoyed a family trip at Suzette’s place during Thanksgiving week. The property is very spacious inside and out, perfect for us and our dogs. The host is proactive and encouraged us to reach out, so it was easy to feel at home. The kitchen is well equipped, also plenty of extra bedding, linens, and supplies. We enjoyed the pool table, watching movies, and playing games. It wasn’t warm enough for swimming, but we spent a lot of time outdoors in the backyard just hanging out and playing fetch with the dogs. The neighborhood was pretty quiet except for the train that passes by during the day, it did not run at night.
