Villa vacation rentals in Cẩm Lệ District

Carol's villa is clean and spacious but more of a hotel vibe with 2 floors of individual rooms with a few shared spots like the dining area and outdoor patio. The amenities are scattered in various rooms such as the laundry machine is inside a lower floor room. The location is close to the beach but tucked inside an alleyway which can make it tricky for drivers to pickup or drop off. Overall, the stay was pleasant, and the host was helpful throughout our trip.

The place was really clean and I loved it. The manager's response was also great. I will definitely visit again the next time I go to Da Nang.

This eight bedroom Villa is a little gem of a place. Presented well with a centralised pool was a godsent Most days were well above 38 degrees. It is an urban area, but in my opinion, that is where all the magic is, street food, friendly locals, everyone seems keen to help out the tourists. We had two lovely maintenance/security gentleman that were amazing. Living at the Villa, keeping the gardens pristine, and an eye on all your belongings was great. They were happy to pick up groceries, ice and even arrange to have our laundry done. Chi and Vi communicated well with us during our stay and beyond. I am more than happy to recommend a visit to their beauitiful place.

The Villa is very good. Personally I think this is what you can dream of for a villa. Jump out to the pool from Sauna, singing karaoke, snooker, you'll never gets bored! Besides, the rooms are big, clean and tidy, with bathrooms within almost each one of them. I'll suggest this to everyone who consider booking this villa! Great experience there!

The most reasonable, tidy, and above all, I felt really genuine in Da Nang's attitude of treating guests by the landlord. The room is so clean, and I think it's a really good accommodation for the price. It's installed in every room from the living room, the room is just the right size, and the kitchen is tidy. If you're looking for the best value for money in Da Nang, I definitely recommend this place. Again, I was a house and landlord who made my trip even more enjoyable. ^ ^

Nice villa, Good planning and spaces. All bedrooms are on first floor. Villa is in peaceful neighbourhood. Location and beach view is great. Also easy to go to da bank hoi am and ba na hills as it is situated between all 3

Cozy place for a family trip. Pool is perfect and beach is beautiful. But a little remote from markets or stores. Hoang is the best host ever!!! Quick respond to all my questions. Gonna choose her again next time I come to Da Nang.

The listing fits our needs for 13 pax, it is spacious and at a quiet location. The villas/rooms are clean and comfortable. The host was really accommodating and helpful throughout. It would be more ideal if the shared living room space has a toilet/sink and cutleries for convenience instead of going back and forth into our rooms/villas, though that’s just a minor inconvenience.

Kate and her team were the most fantastic hosts. We held our company offsite with 21 attendees across her two villas and only have stellar things to say about the experience. Our company absolutely loved the villas, the amenities, the meals and more. Kate and her team have been so responsive, helpful, and gracious, and our incredible company offsite would not have been possible without them!

I rented it through the barrel of the building. There is a 24-hour reception, so I was able to travel safely. There was an elevator, so there was no problem going to the high floor. Each room is very big. We had 9 people in each room and it was very convenient. There is no reception in the pool villa, but it was very safe and convenient. The reception is very good at communicating. Best,

My family of 20 had a wonderful experience in Lucy’s Green Heaven Villa. The breakfast was very good and Mrs Lan the house keeper was available every morning to fix breakfast for us even though we keep changing the times of breakfast. Cleaners were available for daily clean and fresh linens, towels, toilet paper, bottled water station was replaced daily. The Villa is very clean and it had enough room for our group of 20. We were very comfortable and Lucy even helped me with my wife’s visa issue which allowed the entire group to enjoy a one wonderful week in her Villa.

Overall very positive experience. Great location and the pool was a great addition. Super walkable area with very short walk to the beach. Main things I would want improved are more towels from the start. We had one towel per person for three days . Insects weren’t a huge issue but they were present here and there. The bidet in one of the bathrooms was slightly leaky. Other than those things very pleasant experience.

Three families went to play, and we had so much fun together. When I wanted to play, I went into the pool and played all day, and it was on a single floor, so it wasn't dangerous for children to play, and it was nice. There are convenience stores, markets, and massage parlors right in front of you. K-Mart was also nearby, so it was convenient to buy it right away ~

The location is very convenient which is next to many restaurants and convenience stores. The housekeeper responded very quick and was able to provide assistance when necessary.

Thao's villa is something you see in movies. I was so impressed by the architect of the house. Thao was a very communicative host and went above and beyond by helping me find local services I needed prior to my arrival. During my stay she offered housekeeping such as bed sheet and towel change as well as mopping the floor as needed. I highly recommend Thao's place when visiting Da Nang!
