The hostess is very responsive, the villa is very beautiful, clean

Carol's villa is clean and spacious but more of a hotel vibe with 2 floors of individual rooms with a few shared spots like the dining area and outdoor patio. The amenities are scattered in various rooms such as the laundry machine is inside a lower floor room. The location is close to the beach but tucked inside an alleyway which can make it tricky for drivers to pickup or drop off. Overall, the stay was pleasant, and the host was helpful throughout our trip.

This eight bedroom Villa is a little gem of a place. Presented well with a centralised pool was a godsent Most days were well above 38 degrees. It is an urban area, but in my opinion, that is where all the magic is, street food, friendly locals, everyone seems keen to help out the tourists. We had two lovely maintenance/security gentleman that were amazing. Living at the Villa, keeping the gardens pristine, and an eye on all your belongings was great. They were happy to pick up groceries, ice and even arrange to have our laundry done. Chi and Vi communicated well with us during our stay and beyond. I am more than happy to recommend a visit to their beauitiful place.

The Villa is very good. Personally I think this is what you can dream of for a villa. Jump out to the pool from Sauna, singing karaoke, snooker, you'll never gets bored! Besides, the rooms are big, clean and tidy, with bathrooms within almost each one of them. I'll suggest this to everyone who consider booking this villa! Great experience there!

Nice villa, Good planning and spaces. All bedrooms are on first floor. Villa is in peaceful neighbourhood. Location and beach view is great. Also easy to go to da bank hoi am and ba na hills as it is situated between all 3

Uyen was an excellent host. Very proactive. The villa had a helper called Quang and he was very helpful and proactive too. The villa was a great fit with 14 rooms. The villa also came with 2 pools and 1 big unit for dining. Overall we had a wonderful time at the villa. We hired 3 private vehicles soloing out was not an issue. The beach was about 3 mins drive or 15 mins walk.

Lucy and chi Lan was my host for this location. there are a lot to say about this place but I do not want to write a whole book. Checkin was smooth as we met the co host, Chi Lan. I have stayed at 3 or 4 dozens airbnbs and I say this is by far the BEST experience I had. firstl, the hist Lucy and Chi Lan was very very helpful and accommodating. they go above and beyond on eveyrhting you need or ask for. Chi Lan is a great cook as we stay at home BBQ dinner. The property is in prime location where it's surrounded by alot of restaurants, coffee shops, and massages in walking distances. Close by the beach and not too busy like the city but busy enough where it's lively. I would highly recommend staying here. I also stayed at their other location 5 minutes away and was always an amazing experience. I can tell you, Lucy and Chi Lan will be the best hosts you will experience and the property is better in person yhab picture, mark my words.

16 people used the entire place, and it was spacious and nice. There was always a staff member at the reception on the 1st floor, so it was easy to ask for what I needed. There are about 3 rooms with 2 rooms, so if you rent the whole thing, there are 10 rooms, but you can think of it as having a total of 13 rooms and beds. There was a sea nearby, so it was nice to take a walk by the sea every morning, and the pool wasn't big, but it was suitable for a few people to play. There was a grocery store nearby, and it was good and cheap to buy simple snacks. This is the place I'd like to visit again if I go to Da Nang again next time.

It's as clean as the pictures show, and there are no bugs. The air conditioner came out really well, so I had a good rest on a hot day.If I come to Da Nang again next time or my friends go, I will recommend and visit again.

our family had a great stay. The dual kitchens and pair of grills allowed us to host a large dinner right by the pool. the rooms were comfortable and easily housed our large group. If even more space is needed the hotel right across the street served us well. The waterfalls were a fun bonus and offered a surprising amount of background white noise.

Thao's villa is something you see in movies. I was so impressed by the architect of the house. Thao was a very communicative host and went above and beyond by helping me find local services I needed prior to my arrival. During my stay she offered housekeeping such as bed sheet and towel change as well as mopping the floor as needed. I highly recommend Thao's place when visiting Da Nang!
