We arrived late at night. They waited for us. This made it easy to check in. When I contacted them, they responded quickly and solved it. There are delicious restaurants, pretty cafes, and the sea within 5 minutes on foot from the property. He also recommended delicious restaurants. It was nice to have a lot of things to see and eat. I rested well. Thank you.

Everything was perfect. See is in 10 minutes by walk, great grocery shop ("Full market") in 5 minutes, small park just in front of building. Personal was friendly and tried to help with everything. Drinking water and sine snacks were available on reception. I would like to return to this place in future.

Quiet neighborhood, not far to the beach. Cleaning everyday, room everyday look like you just checked in. Had everything what you need for long stay except washing machine but this is not a problem cuz they have laundry service onsite

A very good stay in the heart of My An. The apartment looks modern, clean and the indoor plants make the space really cozy. Chinh was always easy to reach and happy to help with all my needs. Theres tons of restaurants nearby, whenever you feel hungry, just take the elevator downstairs and you are in the middle of city. But still since the apartment is so high up you don't hear much from the city below. It's nice and quiet. Thank you for the stay, I would gladly come back

Great place to stay. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. Host very good with communication and check in was very easy using a coded lockbox for the key. The place is very spacious with three bathrooms with showers and toilets. Large smart TV for Netflix. Great WiFi. Two bedrooms with with comfortable beds and extra beds for more if needed. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

I have spend a very great time with my family at Richard’s place. The house is very clean and the rooftop swimming pool is awesome. The day and night view has its features for enjoying and relaxing. Richard also very kind and friendly. He response very fast and very appreciated that he allow us to do late check out which makes my trip very comfortable. I am sure I will book again next time. This accommodation left only positive impressions! The cleanliness was outstanding, making the stay exceptionally comfortable. The rooms were cozy and thoughtfully designed. The area was also a great choice — there weren’t many places with loud music nearby, so it was peaceful and quiet. The elevator was a convenient addition, especially for handling luggage. The host was very pleasant and friendly, and we were lucky to meet them near the property. Wishing them plenty of great guests! This place is definitely worth choosing for a comfortable stay in Da Nang!

I loved this apartment, it's clean, bright, and spacious. Internet was very strong (room has its own wifi). The kitchen is well stocked. It's close to the beach and tourist area. They also have 2 little dogs and a cat that live on the ground floor, you might get to meet them :) The only potential downside I would say is because its on one of the main tourist streets, there is noise at night. Wouldn't recommend if you are an early or sensitive sleeper.

Lovely hotel held by lovely people! I stayed there for 2 months and had a great experience. The staff is kind, helpful and attentive. They aways respond to any issues. I needed an extra curtain for the light and they put a new one the next day. The room is very spacious and I slept good because I had all the floor to myself. No neighbours, no noise. The balcony is enjoyable and there is a lot of light because of the big windows. They are flexible and polite people, it was nice to stay with them and I will stay there again!

Extremely satisfied with my stay here, the location is close to the beach or food places. It's clean and most importantly, affordable. The staff is friendly and they even gave me a birthday cake, which was very sweet. They also offer motorcycle rentals at this airbnb. I’ll definitely come back again!💖

Da Nang is one of my favorite places. It’s not perfect, and I don’t need it to be. I wish it was a cleaner city, but maybe one day. Amazing massage spas. I found a 10/10 massage therapist. Her name is Winh at Ngoc Linh Spa. I found great Japanese spot Menya Yoshino Shoten, and street food, Huong Tra Quan and met some of the sweetest people in the world. It’s only a short distance to Hoi An where I found amazing red snapper, The Boat, and the coolest coffee shop ever, Miss Ha Cafe. The guest up stairs can be quite noisy even at night. Hopefully he move out soon. The host family is super amazing. I will be back to Da Nang again and again, but still looking forward to a cleaner city.

Great location. I actually didn’t stay in this exact apartment. There were renovations occurring nearby so the host kindly moved me to a very similar apartment in the same building.
