Wonderful stay in the best location of Da Nang. Apartment has everything you need and feels like a home away from home💗. The best part is the host-beyond helpful, always ready to make you feel comfortable. I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience in Vietnam. ☺️✨

Everything was perfect. See is in 10 minutes by walk, great grocery shop ("Full market") in 5 minutes, small park just in front of building. Personal was friendly and tried to help with everything. Drinking water and sine snacks were available on reception. I would like to return to this place in future.

What a delightful place to stay! The apartment is quite large with 2 queen size comfortable beds and all amenities including a full kitchen, washing machine and ironing facilities. Everything is spotless and in good condition. The location gives you access to restaurants and shops galore and it is only a short stroll to the beach. The motorbike I hired from Hana (at a very reasonable rate) was in fine condition and met all my requirements. The staff are friendly and great people with Jenny managing the front desk. A delightful person. I also had the pleasure of meeting Hana and she is one of those people you trust immediately. I will be very happy to stay in this apartment on my future trips to Da Nang.

Thi Hien was helpful and flexible, as well as responsive. She gave us a good recommendation for a taxi driver for our trip to Hue. The apartment was clean and spacious. A drinking water tap in the home was very useful, as we had to buy plastic water bottles in other BnBs. We were very close to the beach and many good restaurants. Thank you Thi Hien for a great stay!

The stay overall was great, the price was good and the beach and Downtown is in close range. Something to consider is that rooms that do not have window on the street have really little light in the apartment. Otherwise the place is good.

I had an amazing 2 week stay at Thien's place. The location for me was perfect - a 10 - 15 minute walk to the beach and nightlife, but away from the tourist crowds. Plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and smaller grocery stores nearby. Gyms within 5- 10 minutes by grab. The studio apartment is located in the trendy My An area of Da Nang, but also close enough to the main down town area. The studio is large enough, with all the conveniences needed for a short or long stay - great for tourists or digital nomads. The internet works fast, comfortable furniture, full kitchen, and a great bathroom. Would highly recommend.

Would return, beautiful place and location

Great place to stay. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. Host very good with communication and check in was very easy using a coded lockbox for the key. The place is very spacious with three bathrooms with showers and toilets. Large smart TV for Netflix. Great WiFi. Two bedrooms with with comfortable beds and extra beds for more if needed. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

All in all I was satisfied. Very spacy, bright, quiet and nice view. Just a little bit of a moisture/old smell in the apartment. But this is in every Aprtment in that building.

I have spend a very great time with my family at Richard’s place. The house is very clean and the rooftop swimming pool is awesome. The day and night view has its features for enjoying and relaxing. Richard also very kind and friendly. He response very fast and very appreciated that he allow us to do late check out which makes my trip very comfortable. I am sure I will book again next time. I extended my stay, and it was good.

The place was very clean. Very cozy and it was nice having a balcony. Apartment had filtered water tap which was convenient.

I loved this apartment, it's clean, bright, and spacious. Internet was very strong (room has its own wifi). The kitchen is well stocked. It's close to the beach and tourist area. They also have 2 little dogs and a cat that live on the ground floor, you might get to meet them :) The only potential downside I would say is because its on one of the main tourist streets, there is noise at night. Wouldn't recommend if you are an early or sensitive sleeper.

The flat is nice and cozy, it has all the necessary furniture, good bed with soft matress, kitchen to cook, washing machine. We had all we need and if there was something else we wanted we could always ask and received immediately. The flat is very close to the beach and at the same time in a quiet corner with no noise. I highly recommend for renting. So far it's the best we rented in Vietnam for this money.
