The place is great. Located in nice and quiet street on top of the hill near Otricoli. One thing to point out is small shower, that can be problem for larger people. This location is definitely for people with car, since shops and restaurants are far away.

Our stay at Donkie and Roses was simply magical! The cottage felt like it came straight out of a fairy tale, nestled in an oasis of peace and nature. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind from the daily grind. Domenico, the caretaker of the property, welcomed us warmly with wine, olive oil, and fresh eggs from his hens—a gesture we greatly appreciated! The donkeys on the property are adorable and affectionate, always eager for some pets. But the true highlight of our experience was Lea, a sweet little black cat who lives on the property. We fell in love with her at first sight! If you’re lucky enough to stay here, be sure to give her lots of cuddles and some good food. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an enchanting place to recharge. We’ll definitely be back!

We spent 5 nights in Mira's apartment and had a great time: the house is cozy, quiet and has everything you need for a great stay. It is located in one of the most characteristic streets of Narni and the real gem is the sunny balcony of the bedroom. Mira is a very kind and caring host. Thanks Mira, look forward to coming back!
