This place was everything as listed! If you don't mind the noise, which you should not as you are looking to stay in Makati, the area is perfect! The building amenities and security were wonderful as well. Definitely would book here again next time.

The Hostess Lynette was amazing and acted promptly with any issues I had. The Unit is in a good location and the pool and gym are quite nice. Also, the Unit is larger than most in the building, which made for a comfortable stay.

We had a great time staying in Jules’ place. It was beautiful and clean, with everything we need. Small kitchen with all the basics for simple breakfast cooking. The people in the lobby are very friendly. Great location in Makati. Felt safe walking around even at night. Enjoyed New Year’s Eve in Ayala Avenue, just 10 minutes walk. Greenbelt mall complex (1-5) is just across the street. There is also Legazpi park for easy morning walk. It was unfortunate that there is big construction of one of Greenbelt malls happening right in front of the unit.

Julie was an exceptional host! Absolutely amazing! Friendly and accommodating! The house is as good as advertised…. However, Pico de Loro Grounds and Building Maintenance has gone down drastically during my couple years of visiting… This has no reflection on Julie, but the Pico Beautiful surroundings and amenities have deteriorated. Our building had ceiling panels rotting and falling, one elevator was broke the whole stay, and the other was broke one night and our 64 yr old lolo that walks with a cane due to a stroke, had to use the stairs. Up 7 flights. It took us quite a while to get home that evening. I hate to put this in my review, because Julie is great… but you guys deserve to know that a host, unit owner, has no control over the state of the facilities… so, Pico management needs to step up their care and repairs of their buildings. They are building more condos too…. I would caution new buyers to the state of disrepair in the other buildings.

The place is recommended for big groups. It is just a few-minute walk going to the beach. The place also has a balcony with the lagoon view where you can enjoy your morning coffee. The host also provides freebies such as 2 boxes of banana chips and 2 ref magnets. Overall it's a great experience staying here and will definintely go back in the future.

This condo is right in the heart of BGC and convenient to all the major attractions. It is at the end of a hall so is very quiet and has great views over BGC from the windows. The host is very responsive and helpful with anything that came up. Please note when navigating to the building to use the building name instead of the address listed in the description as they do not match with google maps or Grab app.

A roomy apartment and well equipped kitchen. However, the location on Timog is a bit noisy and the hotel/condo in which the unit is located is not too well maintained. For instance only one elevator of two has been functioning for several years. Nevertheless, I will stay with Karen again next time I'm in Quezon City.

Second time booking in this unit and I’m in love! Ate Grace and kuya Bobong was very welcoming and friendly, they also are really fast to reply whenever we need something. The place was very clean and you literally got almost all you need inside as they provide them for you. The whole place is very cozy and comfortable, not to mention the high-tech toilet and the bed that you don’t want to get out of! The place is also near malls and groceries as they’re just few minutes walk away which is very convenient if you need something quick! We would love to come back again if we ever go on a vacation again in the Philippines! Thank you ate Grace for hosting us. :)

Anne is an amazing host! Communication with her was incredibly friendly and smooth. She was always quick to respond and address any concerns, making my stay stress-free. The location is fantastic, and the room was spotless and well-maintained. I truly hope to stay at her place every time I visit Manila in the future. Highly recommended!

The unit was fully equipped with kitchen and bathroom amenities , convenience store just around the building . Perfect location which we can view weekend fireworks . Ms Nina is very responsive and nice . Thank you for the goodies Mam . Our overall stay was very pleasant.

Wonderful space. The interior decorating is spot on and the loft unit has a bold character as soon as you step in. The big windows and double bathroom were my favorite features. It's almost a museum with the many collector item pieces decorating the apartment. Marc was an amazing host. Special thanks for letting us use the washing machine as we like packing clean clothes. highly recommended!

We had such a wonderful stay! The host was super responsive and always quick to assist with any questions we had, which made the whole experience smooth and hassle-free. The caretaker was also incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure we felt comfortable and welcome. The place is definitely great value for money—especially with the stunning views you get from the unit. It’s such a unique and relaxing experience, and we’d absolutely love to stay here again!

This is my 2nd stay here and is my go-to place whenever there are concerts to watch. It is very convenient, spacious, and clean.

definitely enjoyed our stay at Trixia'd place. the place was definitely more than enough for 2 adults and 1 pet. I love how we found it easy to go their place considering it was at night and it was our first time there. I also appreciate how accommodating Ms Trixia and Ate were.

Overall, it was a great stay! I would definitely book the room again if I plan to stay at QC. I am actually already looking forward to our next stay there! 🤭 Lots of cafes, restos, fast foods, convenience store, etc. around the place. Our only dilemma while staying was the poor network signal at the whole building (i talked to someone over the phone; tried to use my data while outside — had trouble because of the signal). Regarding their internet, a bit slow (used to fast internet at home), but still does its job. I was still able to contact people thru online without hassle. It’s def a 5-star for me. Highly recommended 💯

the place looks nice and well kept. we booked the place last minute, thankfully Rose and her team are very responsinve and they provided us the check-in details right away. the self check-in and out went really smooth, no hassle at all. the only concern we have was the kitchen plates and utensils because we noticed the plates were dusty and there was a cockroach inside the untensils cabinet. we opt not to use the utensils but good thing they provided a dishwashing liquid to wash the plates. other than that we had a pleasant stay. 😊
