It's truly worth it! I love how cozy the place is plus the interior design is top notch! The caretaker assist us very well and the owner/host is responsive! Surely that I will be back again, thank you!

Relaxing place especially for our seniors. Everyone enjoyed the private pool and jacuzzi. The villa is perfect for all ages. Big rooms with bathroom. Seaside is perfect for our morning zumba session. Host and Staffs are accommodating. We got free biscuits and coconuts.

This Airbnb is a perfect blend of style and comfort! The place is incredibly awesome, with beautiful decor that makes every corner photo-worthy. Beyond its aesthetics, it truly feels like home—cozy, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The location is also a huge plus, conveniently situated within the metro. Another standout feature is how fresh and pleasant the place smells, adding to the overall relaxing vibe. Lastly, the host is very accommodating and ensures a smooth and pleasant stay. Highly recommend!

Very peaceful place, great escape from the city and quite nearby to a few hot spring resorts. The surrounding is definitely a few even when the weather’s not so bright. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Host was kind enough to share their birthday cake and spread the joy. Could tell the owner definitely spare efforts in building this place. Will definitely come back for a second time if visiting Lipa again :)

Ver was very responsive and super accommodating with our requests. Roselyn and Bong, the staff, were very attentive, helpful and nice. The place was as shown on photo. Living spaces and entertainment area were what made this place special for us. And the view! It is on 3 floors: compact and spacious at the same time. We really enjoyed the space, the service, the location and the amenities. We highly recommend. And I am definitely looking forward to going back.

Spent New Year’s Eve in this beautiful, spacious home filled with stunning antique pieces by artist Tito Rolly, the owner. He and his family were so accommodating, even gifting us a unique antique wood art from a fellow artist. The location was easy to find, with charming restaurants nearby. We enjoyed watching fireworks from the rooftop at midnight, though the rain cut it short. Still, it was a memorable experience. thank you again!

We had an amazing stay at this resort! The water was warm and inviting, and the entire place was clean and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly accommodating, always making sure we had everything we needed. We also had a great time enjoying the amenities—playing billiards, singing with the karaoke, and making the most of the big TV. Everything added to a fun and relaxing experience. If you're looking for a place to unwind with great facilities and excellent service, this resort is definitely worth a visit.

Thank you for hosting our family. The staff was very accommodating. We suggested adding contrasting edges to the stairs in the villa since they have the same color as the tiles on the upper floor, making them easier to see, especially at night. The place was clean! Great experience—we'll definitely come back!

The place is a gem and was as described -- 3 villas with enough space for us -- a family of 15 with 6 kids -- to gather for a meal and to sleep. There was a pool and heated jacuzzi that the kids really enjoyed even if it has been raining nonstop during our stay. All amenities mentioned were also available. We cooked meals during our stay, btw. Their caretakers were also there to assist us. Really such a pretty place -- as it was foggy due to the rainy weather, it felt like we were in a Tuscan village. If only it werent raining, we would have enjoyed lounging by the pool or the patio. The host was also responsive. Thank you for sharing your space.

We had a wonderful time at Sinsu Stay. The hosts greeted us upon arrival and gave us the keys. The home was spacious and clean and looked exactly like the photos. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We were unable to get a taxi due to the evening rush, and Rio was nice enough to offer us a ride to the mall. The pool was a great addition to the home. I would definitely recommend this place 10 out of 10.

Had an amazing stay at CT! Pool was clean and amenities mentioned were all available to use. Rooms have their own private bathrooms which were a +++! with strong water pressure! Aircons are fully functioning, place was really clean too, caretakers are very accommodating! Would only suggest to replace the living area fan with an industrial fan (2 units) as it was too weak to use for everyone. Overall, we loved our stay!

Super nice place and amenities! Don’t get me wrong, the place was big! But in the photos, we thought it was HUGE! But it is just right! Not too overwhelming! Kids enjoyed their cinema! Really worth it! Place was spotless with modern furnitures. Staff was really helpful we didnt have a hard time calling them for our needs! We would def recommend to friends and family! Jody was very responsive to our inquiries which helped us prepare for our trip. She recommended a caterer which made our stay more convenient. The place itself is spacious enough for our family. We especially liked the hot spring pool which was very relaxing and was covered allowing us to use it longer than usual. Caretakers were very friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was the presence of flies at night which we think was common in the area. Good thing there was space indoors (family room) which we were able to use. This is one of the best resorts in Lakewood offering a majestic view of the Mount Makiling.

We had the most amazing time at this place! The place was immaculate.. very clean, airy, efficient, complete with essentials we needed. I and my friends kept saying how we would love to have such a beautifully designed place for ourselves. :) The kids enjoyed the loft area, too! They spent most of their time there just chatting and playing chess —- perfect to keep them offline! The view was calming and peaceful.. you could just sit out on the balcony and enjoy the sunshine to yourself. Staff was very responsive and helpful too! We’re glad to have spent quality time with our kids.. and even sang our hearts out with the videoke they provided. :) Thank you so much for a memorable stay! We’ll be back! :)

Good place. Very accommodating host and personnels. Lot of things to do. Worth the price. Although, bumpy access road going into the property, but manageable. Very accessible, just 1 ride from SM Masinag and 1 tryk ride.

The place gives absolute tranquility. It gave us the relaxation we needed for an affordable price. Jacuzzi with the view is the best part. The place is not that hard to find, even for commuters like us. We'll definitely comeback.

Had a great stay. As a solo traveller, I felt safe and secured at the place. Harveline is very responsive and gives clear instructions. Her parents are also very helpful. Had to go out and buy stuff at the mall and Tatay Cris serviced me to and from. Even gave me fresh coconut on my birthday! There is a family of stray cats in the area and enjoyed looking after them. They ended up following me around wherever I go. It was a great touch. I really had a peaceful time at the place. Highly recommended. Posted pics on my IG and a lot are asking about the place already. Will definitely go back 🫶🏼 thank you!

Charming place to stay in! If you’re tired of staying in a standard room or condo then this place is for you. Just don’t expect everything to be squeaky clean as a hotel. It’s clean in a sense that the sheets are freshly changed, and the floors are swept but it does have a few cobwebs and some dust around since technically it’s an open breeze house which is fine for us but might not be for some. Cabin aesthetic is a mix of the mountain houses in Baguio, and of the old bahay kubo-bahay na bato houses which makes it very unique - and why I appreciate the place as an architect and will book with friends also working in the same field. Location is near Ayala Mall Serin which makes going out for food and groceries really easy (it’s even better to walk than to drive in traffic since everything is near). We loved the Oak Cabin of Camper and Cabin Forest. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable and had everything that we needed. The food at the restaurant was good and the massage was worth it. My only concerns were the privacy since you can been seen outside through the front door when outside the rooms especially at night and also I think there’s no way to lock the cabin from the outside so we had to leave the cabin unlocked while we ate breakfast at the restaurant. Still it was a very enjoyable stay and we would book again in the future.

We had an amazing stay, the place is very peaceful and really gives you an opportunity to disconnect and appreciate your surroundings. 🌱 Sadly the hot tub was not usable during our stay. We enjoyed using the sauna and had used it a couple of times 🙂 We'll definitely visit again and I hope the hot tub would be operational by then 🙂
