Monthly Rentals in Cala Major

Actually we enjoyed the place so much, as it was even better than on photos - it has 3 layers: a cozy common space with kitchen/dining, rest area and working area, a bedroom and a spacious terrace. The kitchen has everything needed and inspires for slow cooking and enjoying your meals. The common space is zoned, which enables comfortable coexistence of several people - you may conduct work calls without affecting your roommates. The Wi-Fi was perfect for working as well. I loved the district a lot: it's a quite street, very close to everything needed - a market, supermarkets, restaurants, and an amazing old windmills space, which is a perfect spot for sunrises. The district definitely has it's vibe! And a tree in front of the apartment - everyday there's a flock of birds sitting there and singing! So calming. Communication with hosts (Kirsten and Marion) is smooth, responsive and pleasant. Would live there for ages, if I could :)

Carlos is a very good host. Nice, helpful, positive and quick to come back if we had any questions. Nothing to complain about there. The apartment we actually thought was better than what we expected. It was clean, tidy, good with stuff in the kitchen for us. Nothing we were missing. Proper towels both for shower and a couple of towels for the pool /beach. We enjoyed ourselves very well during the 5 weeks we were there. The apartment is close to the bus stop and it takes about 20 - 30 minutes to Palma depending on where to go. Bus 4 that you go with runs often. We were there from ,the middle of October to the middle of November. This is a time when many have left the area and then there were some renovations started in the houses. So some drilling sounds etc. However, nothing that Carlos can do. The apartment has wifi that works just fine. The balcony overlooks the sea and to the left the inlet to Palma. An amazing view to sit and watch as well as the first thing you see when you wake up in the morning

Laura's place was amazing! It looked even better in reality than in the pictures! It's a small oasis in the city, with a beautiful terrace that might even be bigger than the house itself, and a lovely home equipped with everything you need. Laura and Alvaro are very friendly and ready to help with anything you need. We felt right at home and enjoyed our stay for over 4 weeks. The location is fantastic for exploring Palma! Portopi is just a 3-minute walk away, the bus stop is 2 minutes away, and downtown Palma and Cala Major beach are both only 10 minutes away. Laura, thank you so much! We highly recommend this place!
