Monthly Rentals in Cala Major, Ponent District

We loved our stay and the apartment was well equipped and comfortable with an amazing view. Easy access to to the bus , shops, restaurants and bars. Very close to Cala Mayor beach or Illetas. We enjoyed walking to Portals nous and Palma. We would definitely recommend the apartment.

The small, pretty cottage is right on the slope behind the Porto Pi shopping center, it absolutely corresponds to the description and photos. The air conditioning works well in winter, great is of course the fireplace. Windows in the bedrooms are equipped with insect repellent, which is certainly very beneficial in summer. As mentioned before, you should only know that there are quite a few steps to climb due to the hillside location, but it is feasible. The contact with Laura was very kind from the beginning and she always responded quickly, check-in was very kind to her husband Alvaro. Both endeavored to resolve inconvenience in the best possible and timely manner. All in all a clear recommendation, thanks to Laura&Alvaro for her hospitality! :-)

We stayed in the apartment for almost 6 weeks and loved it. It felt very homely and we settled in straight away. The wifi was super fast, the location was walking distance to restaurants, the beach and gyms, Palma is only 10 mins away in the car. there is secure off street parking. The hosts were brilliant, very friendly and welcoming, our questions were answered straight away no matter the time or day! We would 100% come back and stay here again!!
