It was a lovely place, private, clean, and everything we expected to make our stay here so enjoyable. Great location. We will be coming back with our family.

I've been enjoying Cerritos Beach for years and we always enjoy staying at Villa Cerritos. it's a great location that is convenient, family friendly, and safe. there's always staff on hand if you need anything and the units are always clean. thanks again for another great vacation!

The home and space are idyllic, perfect for unplugging and being chill. The only thing I would highlight is that the access is not very easy especially if it does not go with a good vehicle.

A truly amazing place. Private beautiful coast line, calm water, very pristine and beautiful. The location is very remote, it is a commitment to get to it! About an hour drive from SJD on a very rough road, get a 4WD rental! But, once you arrive it is absolutely worth the adventure. When we drove in I guess the road was in really bad shape after a big rain storm in the fall, but it was being regraded as we drove out, huge improvement. Tyler was a great host, very helpful and responsive. Issac, the on site manager is also super helpful, kind, and responsive. The house is minimal and spacious. A well stocked kitchen for all cooking needs. The beds were comfortable, everything felt clean, and well cared for. My only criticism is there is only a small love seat in the living room area, it would be nice to have a larger couch in a house the can host 6 people, especially for chilling out at night and watching a movie. Regardless, we hope to return one day!

This was a great place to stay to enjoy everything about Cerritos and the area around it. Nice and cool throughout the day and night, we slept well every night and enjoyed every second of our week.

Staying at Brian’s place was really wonderful! Our group enjoyed the outdoor patio and easy access to the beach right outside our door. We also loved that boogie boards, beach umbrellas, lots of towels and even a cooler was available for extra easy and fun outings! Brian was so helpful and friendly, he really went above and beyond. We would love to stay here again.

I definitely recommend it!!! Edgar is super attentive always attentive to any need to resolve it immediately. The accommodation matches the photos totally, a quiet place with easy access, with its own parking. The place was perfect place to get off the grid. There are 2 amazing one of a kind restaurants. Shade and Zia. Definitely worth the try. Make reservations through face book for Zia. The road to the house is not maintained and traveling is reduced to about 10 miles an hour. The dryer does not work and I think it has been that way awhile. Crunchy air dried towels are a dead giveaway. The few neighbors are friendly and helpful. Call can doo rentals for ATV’s etc. the visa soul hotel can help you get a mobile masseuse. I would definitely stay here again.

I went to Cabo San Lucas for my first freediving competition and needed a quiet place to rest and prepare myself. The listing said, “We are a Poblana family, we are quiet” which sounded ideal. Unfortunately, the night I arrived, they decided to fix a stuck bathroom door near my room at 9 PM—hammering for an hour while I was trying to sleep. I had a bad headache and couldn’t sleep at all. That said, I’m still giving 5 stars because after I explained the situation, the hosts went out of their way to give me the silence I needed. And aside from that one night, they really were surprisingly quiet for such a big family. The house and room are spacious, and the family is incredibly kind, generous, hard-working, and genuine. They truly did everything they could to make me feel comfortable. If you’re going to Cabo to relax or have fun, this is a solid place to stay!

Great stay. The location is beautiful. Quiet, lovely new development. The pool area was super serene, relaxing. Easy to get to shopping and the highway for access to beaches etc. 8 min drive to downtown cabo! Some great taco places down the road :) The unit itself was spacious, great layout for a family. The kitchen was fairly well equipped for cooking. Lots of bedding, towels, etc. We would definitely recommend this place for a stay.
