Beachfront vacation rentals in Cabo San Lucas

I wanted to say about Julie, she and her team/associates were great host. She was responsive accommodating and her being our host contributed to the success of our trip. She made recommendations, helped coordinate things, and was super flexible. The location itself was perfect for us. Spacious, isolated so we could really relax, and full of amenities. The next time I make my way down to Cabo, I will certainly be reaching out to her again.

One of the best places I've stayed at. Rosy and Melanie are very friendly and attentive, at all times they kept in touch with me for what I needed. Also the place is very nice and clean. Definitely recommended!!

This resort is absolutely beautiful and the staff was so professional and friendly. The unit is huge. We were a family of 4 adults and 2 children and felt like we had so much space. The balcony is huge, has beautiful views and very comfortable furniture. The only issue we had was the internet connection on the second bedroom was very spoty making it unable for us to watch apps such as netflix on the smart tv. I did bring it up to the host and he responded right away. This was one of the best vacations we have had. I would 100% recommend this unit to any family who is looking for a wonderful vacation in Cabo.

Great stay at Kristen’s place. Large beautiful beach or could lay by one of the pools. Enjoyed the stay would recommend others and will probably return at some point.

A very good unit to stay. Facing east. We see the sunrise from the patio everyday. We enjoyed the time and would like to come back.

What a wonderful condo in a beautiful setting! Everything we needed or wanted was available. Suzy met us at check in and our groceries were waiting for us. We really appreciated the water cooler that was provided. This building is so beautifully maintained by the staff and the lobby is gorgeous. We enjoyed walking to Zippers for a casual meal and used the beach chairs and cooler on the beach when we weren’t relaxing by the pool. Quick, easy Uber rides to SJC restaurants and Art Walk. Comfortable beds and living room furniture. We had coffee on the balcony every morning and watched for whale spouts. We are already planning our return trip! Excellent condo, hosts and amazing experience.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Becky's wonderful condo in Cabo, and it was nothing short of spectacular. We were greeted by the stunning vista of the patio, and the condo was just steps away from the beach. The location couldn't be more perfect for a peaceful and scenic retreat. The condo boasted all the amenities we could wish for, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay. clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed to feel at home. What truly stood out was the tranquil beauty of the property—both the condo and the surrounding grounds were impeccably kept, providing a serene and picturesque environment. This condo is an excellent choice if you're looking for a peaceful escape with direct beach access and top-notch accommodations. We left feeling refreshed and are already looking forward to our next visit!

The property is exactly as depicted in the pictures, if not better. The building, being approximately 2 years old, boasts a modern and fresh look that adds to the overall appeal of the resort. The service we received was top-notch. The staff were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The food and drinks offered at the resort were excellent, adding to the overall experience. One of the highlights of our stay was our room. It was spotlessly clean, and everything was in perfect working order. We will definitely be returning in the future and would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. The apartment was beautiful and there is a fantastic burrito place downstairs and a coffee shop. The burrito place also served coffee which opened earlier than the coffee shop. There’s an xoxo downstairs as well but didn’t have much. We crossed the highway and walked the beach which was nice. Views are amazing, property is perfect but there’s not much else to walk to. Uber worked well for us

Overall phenomenal property. The views are unbeatable and it's a short walk to a really solid beach with good surf. Overall was a very relaxing stay and we enjoyed our few nights here. Pros: Views, private hot tub, patio space with lounges, pool + sun deck, gym, beds (super comfy). 10-15 min uber from San Jose, so while not walkable was also not inconvenient. Something I didn't see in the listing but was a huge + was the concierge service that came with the property. They helped coordinate activities, food pre-stock, transportation to/from the airport, etc. which was awesome. They were super responsive (as were the hosts). Cons: Road noise is certainly a factor. Main road right below the building. This is only noticeable outside, not with the windows/doors closed so didn't disrupt sleep or anything, but something to be aware of. As mentioned not walkable, though was central to where we needed to be between Chileno and San Jose, which were both 15 minute uber rides away!

As noted in other reviews, view from patio is breathtaking, nearby pool is quiet, kitchen and unit is very well stocked, and host Patti is very responsive. There are many drawers and cabinets so no living out of a suitcase. Location is very convenient to San Jose. Zoetry amenities are value added. Guest at hotel was jealous we had cooking facilities. Suggest you hit Selecto (grocery store at intersection of airport and tourist corridor in SJD) or Fresco in way from A/P to condo. Walmart in SJD has gone way down hill from last visit. Sam would not be happy. You will be during your stay at Patti's property at Casa Del Mar.

Sharon’s place is amazing, with beautiful view of the beach and sun rise. I was waking up early every morning just to enjoy the amazing and ever-changing sunrise. We really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub and easy access to the beach. We spent a week of relaxing break here and will certainly come back .

I worried this posting was too good to be true, but it's real! The Viceroy is an incredible hotel and we were grateful for the extra space and for the host's help getting our groceries and transit set up. Thanks for a lovely week!

I have stayed at many Airbnb properties. Laura is by far the best host I have ever experienced, so helpful. The condo is even more beautiful than the photos. We are so happy we stayed there. Highly recommended.

This location has ruined me for vacation rentals forever. It was an amazing place with finely crafted living spaces and unique, Hobbity carpentry and staircases. There was plenty of room for our party of three and amazing views of the ocean from the windows and rooftop. Great hosts and a place I much hope to visit again.

We had an amazing stay at Casa Shona while settling into Los Cabos. Shona’s hospitality was beyond wonderful—she was so responsive and even offered great travel tips for exploring Baja. The house is in a charming, peaceful neighborhood, and the beach is just a short, easy walk away. The house was super clean, organized, and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Even the security at the gate were super friendly. We especially loved the stunning sunsets and the tranquil atmosphere. The location is perfect—close enough to downtown for a night out, but far enough for a relaxing retreat. Shona is truly the sweetest host, and we can’t thank her enough for making our stay so enjoyable. We’ll definitely be recommending Casa Shona to family and friends visiting the area. We’re going to miss this place!

It was as described and thankful there was an enclosed bedroom because loud music, dogs and of course it got pretty chilly at night! The bed was super comfy, the towels were nice but could have used an extra one of each... The refrigerator needs some attention ( it does work, thankfully but did lose some of the cold on the 3rd day) We spend most of the time outdoors and its an awesome area, maybe clean or replace the orange futon ( its time...) We were very grateful that he had an opening on a Friday since we were panicked to find something on such short notice and helped with the TV ( Netflix) not working, it needs to be on HDMI1 for future residents! ;-) Nice walk to a couple restaurants and El Ganto hotel, coffee shop and a couple places to eat which were also good.

Our stay at Casa Candelaria was beautiful, serene, and restorative, from the moment we met Gladys, the gracious host, at check-in, to the entirety of our stay. The indoor and outdoor living space is beautiful and thoughtfully curated, even more lovely than the photos. We loved the ocean views and easy beach access, and could even hear the waves and see whales from inside the home. The location was conducive to quick Uber pickups, exploring restaurants in San Jose del Cabo, and there is a large grocery store nearby that is a quick Uber ride away. This has quickly become a favorite getaway we would like to return to as soon as possible.

I come to Cabo every 2-3 months . I’ve been at resorts, airbnb condos, and now rusticio. The vibe here is amazing. This place is peaceful. There’s spaces without private bath… that would not work for me. I’m old! The owner and host are … the best! No extra charge for cute cats and grumpy old dog. After a week, grumpy dog let me pet him. I’ll definitely return. This place is a gem. Thank you Dolce and Frida! See you soon my friends

We had an amazing stay. The porch with the sea view was magical. The house was open and spacious. Great places to grab a bite nearby and close enough to Cabo for a visit but far enough away for peace and quiet. Can’t recommend it highly enough!

Very good communication at all times with Cecilia, the very friendly guards, access to the beach 10 minutes walking, you have to cross the Hotel RIU. Cecy has chairs/bed, two umbrellas and a small ice creamer m, all very helpful to have a good time on the beach, super comfortable facilities, the kitchen with everything you need to cook (pans, pots, dishes of all kinds, oil, coffee, sugar, good news. The pool on the top floor (7th floor) has tables, shade, secure parking inside the building. OXXO at 20 meters, Jugos y licuados a 50 mts, Soriana, Costco, restaurants, warehouse model, if you take a car go to Mariscos El Toro Guero. In general, everything was excellent. Highly recommended, definitely would be back.
