We booked this as a last-minute weekday getaway and wow—this was the most beautiful and uniquely designed Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away. It looked even better than the photos, every detail felt intentional, and the design was the perfect mix of cozy and elevated. Even though our stay was short, we packed it with memories. The location was perfect—just minutes from our favorite Charlotte spots—but we honestly didn’t want to leave. The private pickleball court was the reason we booked (who else has one?!) and it totally delivered. We played pickleball, relaxed in the hot tub, sang karaoke, and ended the night around the firepit. It felt like a total reset. If you want a stay that’s beautifully curated, packed with fun amenities, and still feels like a retreat—this is it. Already planning our return!

We were hosting a wedding and needed a place to stay. The house has everything we needed and was tremendously clean and had unexpected extras that put a smile on our faces. We definitely recommend staying at Ann’s place!

This place is immaculate. The grounds are perfect. It’s got neighbors near by but they made sure to make it very private. The host supplied a lot of useful items and it is a very clean place to stay. The hot tub was everything. It was very quiet and a great place to relax. Only thing I would say is that it is very tight so even with two people it feels cramped. There is not a lot of space to keep large bags but everything else was so amazing it would not even deter us from coming back.

We came to Concord to compete in a Spartan race and Ranin’s lake house was large enough to accommodate our entire crew! The house is wonderful. The view is amazing. The kitchen is large enough that we could all hang out and chat while we made breakfast and dinner and our overall favorite was gathering on the back patio! Should the need arise, we would definitely stay here again!

The area is beautiful. The greenhouse was cozy and very comfortable. The animals were all very friendly. The donkey was an absolute character. Overall our stay was amazing and I will definitely be staying here again.

Michelle’s place is perfect for a large group of people. We had 11 people stay and it had enough space and bathrooms to not feel crowded. The grounds are very peaceful and makes you feel secluded like a secret garden. There is also a good amount of parking space which is nice for big groups.

I cannot say enough good things about Mary and her wonderful home! I wanted a private room, as I was working and would be staying by myself and wanted to feel safer in someone's home. Mary was SUPER accommodating! I got in very late after my work was done, and she stayed up to let me in through the gate. She asked me if I needed anything, turned down my bed for me, and had water and snacks. In the morning I had to leave early, and she got up with me, made me coffee, and had an amazing breakfast sandwich and blueberries waiting for me as well! Wonderful conversation, wonderful stay, and an excellent and caring human ❤️ Next time I'm in town, I'm definitely staying at Mary's house, and for longer!

New place to stay

The PicklePad | Pickleball + Salt Water Pool/Spa

Great location and fun amenities. We enjoyed playing pickle ball and the ease of getting to downtown Charlotte. This location was close to everywhere I needed to go! 10mins to Queens college, 10 mins to Mecklenburg Aquatic Center, 10mins to Camp North End and 10 mins to IKEA. The house was comfortable and unique and the host was super responsive and quick to fulfill any requests. Can’t wait to stay during warmer weather and use the pool!

This stay was better than expected! The home was spotless, relaxing, and had everything i needed for a comfortable visit. The host was incredibly responsive, flexible with check in and made the entire experience seamless. Highly recommend!

Hey was an amazing host. Proactive making sure we could get in the house, that the blue tooth was connected to the hot tub, left drinks and candy for us. He came by and made sure I was 100% happy.

Our families give Five Stars for every element of this house! We had a great time staying in this amazing house! It was comfortable, clean, and there was plenty to do. We loved Fishing, basketball, the fire pit, ping pong, air hockey, the hot tub and pool, board games, hide and seek, and just reading a book in the porch. We went to Morrow Mountain one day and Reed Gold Mine another, both beautiful spots for wilderness lovers. There is a one dog limit, which was literally the only thing I would change. We Wish we could have brought more than one dog, as our one canine companion had such a great time playing fetch on all that property!
