Gabby is an excellent host. This is the second time we have stayed at her place and hope to stay with her again the next time we come to town. I would recommend her place to anyone coming to Charlotte. Quiet complex, great parking, very clean and tidy. Everything you could need is provided.

I enjoyed my stay this past weekend in Charlotte. The place looked exactly like the pictures & it was very peaceful. The only issue I had was that our water was off for hours due to a plumbing issue at another apartment in the complex. The host had no control over that but was very nice about everything & even refunded me for our first night stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Our second stay at Gracetta's Airbnb was just as wonderful as the first!. This time, she graciously allowed us to check in early and depart late, which made our trip even more convenient and enjoyable. The accommodation remains exactly as described -clean, cosy and equipped with everything we needed. Gracetta's hospitality and flexibility was truly outstanding, and we couldn't have asked for a better host. We would happily stay here again whenever we're heading to Charlotte. Thank you once again Gracetta for making our visit so pleasant.

This place was nice and exactly how its picture. Clean, spacious, and you felt right at home! I came in with my family for a dance competition and it was a perfect location. Everywhere we wanted to go was within 15-20 minutes. Gas station and grocery stores right up the road. My boys enjoyed playing on the playground right across the street and my sister and. I enjoyed the grill area. Definitely recommend when staying in Concord. Anthony was quick to response when I asked a question.

Rob was super welcoming and had a great place to stay. Walking distance to stores and public transport. Great with communication and felt like staying with a friend.

The place is very spacious and very comfortable and cozy. In a great area, we mainly used bird scooters to get all around the city and explore. Also felt safe.

We had a nice time! Just like the description, and in a safe complex with a doorman. Highly recommend!

Had a great stay here! Arrived into the area early and the host was flexible and quickly arranged for our early check in. The apartment itself was incredible - great views, super clean space, and unbeatable location right in the heart of the city center. The building amenities were also amazing - specifically the full gym and heated pool on the rooftop. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

I recently stayed at AI’s Airbnb while relocating for work and preparing to close on my house. The experience couldn’t have been better! Bob is an outstanding host. HIGHLY responsive and helpful. If you're staying in the Charlotte area, there's really no sense in staying anywhere else. I was reluctant to leave this review because I don't want it to always be booked when I visit my family in Charlotte but I guess I'll be unselfish and encourage others to enjoy! Thank you so much, Bob. And apologize for the broken fixtures on the table. My son broke them when we were playing pool on accident.

My stay was great quite private location able to bring my two dogs clean in and out only one complaint add an antenna to the TV so you can get local channels

Perfect home in a quiet neighborhood. Close to great restaurants, 3 grocery stores snd anything else you would need. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable and well appointed!
