Beach house vacation rentals in Cabarete

Our stay at David’s exceeded our hopes for a great beachside vacation. The place was cozy, clean with modern style, yet not cold and impersonal and had some Dominican style to it as well. The community that David’s place is in, is welcoming, safe and we met lots of great people. Great pool, landscaping, gardens and there are so many great places to just sit back and enjoy. David was responsive with questions, had lots of recommendations for Places to eat and things to do, and we thoroughly enjoyed every minute. We will come back to again for sure!

This place was way more than what I wished It would be . It’s so raw , totally surrounded by nature , perfect for me because I needed a real get away from everything, the urban noises, somewhere I could feel like in my village back home in Africa. If you’re a sounds of nature lover , you’re gonna enjoy listening to trees rubbing on each other when it gets windy , and the birds singing. Your stay will feel a lot like a camping retreat . If you mind the insects, not having a tv , being far from stores and restaurants; you’re probably gonna run away .

Host was great and was there when we got there to show us around. The driveway to get back off Rt 5 is narrow but is fine for a car. Unit was very clean and airy. No ac but we didn't need it with windows open. It's about as private as you will find for the price. There is a house close by on one side but we barely saw anyone there the whole time. It's also only a 30 minute drive from Cabarate, where there are lots of great eating options. Host was super responsive. Would definitely go back!

First I would like to say that my boyfriend, my dog and I had a wonderful time at Villa Belisia Maria. We all felt very comfortable and cozy here. The place was walkable to the beach but since it was rainy we had to drive less than 10 minutes. The pool was perfect, the Villa had everything we needed and the rooms were very well organized and clean. The host Jhoselyn was helpful from the start and very welcoming. The manager Danny was also very helpful from the start as he showed us how to get to the beach the minute we arrived at the villa. He was also very responsive to any requests or questions that we had. The property was very well kept and very beautiful greenery all around, making it feel peaceful and breathtaking. The inside of the Villa was neat, cozy and nicely decorated. There were supplies on hand like toiletries, towels, paper towels, cooking utensils and laundry detergents. All in all, everything was perfect for us! We would most definitely be coming back here next time.

The house was amazing and the security was nice and friendly and even walked the premises the place is secure and safe and the neighborhood is friendly and safe and easy to maneuver alone

This was a perfect stay and the host was very helpful.

The place at Bahia de Arena was superb. Quick access to beach and walking to restaurants. Joe communicated throughout our stay. House keeper coming in MWF was helpful to keep things clean and even doing our laundry mid week for us! Note that listing states there is a washer and dryer but it is kept locked up by the house keeper so we weren't able to use it the day we left to dry our wet suits, etc. Additionally we had a broken glass one day and there is no broom available for guest use. Only suggestion I have would be to let guests use the washer/dryer and cleaning supplies!

Great place jaay was a cool host he even invited us out for his birthday and showed us around and he had a cab driver for us everything was clean water was nice and warm a/c kept the rooms nice and cool I will book again

My experience in this villa was spectacular. From the beginning, we felt right at home. The place is impressive: it has a modern and elegant design, but at the same time it's cozy. The rooms are spacious, with super comfortable beds. The villa has everything you need for a comfortable stay: a fully-equipped kitchen, open spaces ideal for relaxing, and a private pool that was the perfect place to enjoy the sun. In addition, the quiet environment allowed me to completely disconnect. Without a doubt, I recommend it 100%. Our stay at this villa was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The place was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The highlight of our experience was definitely the outdoor spaces. The backyard and pool area were perfect for unwinding and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The rooftop BBQ was an incredible bonus—it became our favorite spot to grill, relax, and take in the views. Every detail of the villa was thoughtfully designed to make guests feel welcome. We truly had an amazing time and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Probably the best villa i stayed in these 4 years i been going to sosua the place is bigger and more beautiful in person and very clean and ayden is a great host he made sure he took his time and explain everything about the house and was there for whatever we needed and places we needed to go great experience

Such a beautiful place with plenty of space and charm. Being close to the open natural Environment - a few bugs maybe spotted in the patio area. Overall a beautiful place and I would stay again.

Place was as pictured. It is out the way but still less than 15 minutes from the action. The back up generator kicked in each time the lights went out. the hot water was on point, we enjoyed the pool and just sitting on that front patio. The living room area could use a ac unit but if you open the door the cool island breeze did just fine would suggest some type of net so when you open the door the wasp don’t get in. Overall a good experience. I would stay again

Lucy is a fantastic host! The villa is gorgeous- both indoor and outdoor spaces were beautiful, functional and well used by our group! It was a quick and scenic 10 minute walk to the beach. The Green One section of the beach was very quiet and hardly had guests unlike the rest of the beachfront. This place is a must stay and we will be back!

The place was beautiful and as described. The only thing was a hammering noise in the morning, but we understand there is construction around the area. The communication was great. Also the house was very clean. The gated community it's great.

This place was great. The service was amazing; Rafelina and her staff were kind and helpful. They were there to answer all our questions and help us if we needed anything. My family and I were very pleased with the location and service provided. It was a big group of us so it was nice that we could play music and decorate for a party. I would certainly recommend this place to any friends and family who would like to enjoy a nice getaway or if they want to celebrate a Birthday. The Villa was amazing and looked so beautiful. Berdell's place is by far the best spot that I have visited in the Dominican Republic. As an avid traveler I look for accommodations that are clean, secure, and feels like a home away from home. I will say the power went out several times, no fault of the owner, but we made the best of enjoying the pool on-site cutoff from the electronic world.
