Alice's apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Chioggia, nested between two canals. The apartment is beautiful, modern, well-equipped and quiet. For those who come to Chioggia by car, the Park Unione is nearby and affordable (€10 a night in December). Meanwhile, bus #80 takes you to Venice from Rua Niccaria in Chioggia in 65 minutes for €14 round trip. The last bus back to Chioggia is late in the night, making it convenient for a day trip. As to Alice, she is super responsive and available. She gave us great advice on where to eat, shop, and sightsee. Thank you very much, Alice, for a delightful stay.

Great stay, the house is renovated and very colorful... really cozy!! The environment in general is quite clean, the kitchen and bathroom are well-stocked, very clean rooms. The location of the house is easy to find, within walking distance of the center, very convenient. Jolena is always available and super quick to respond to messages, very kind, as well as her co-host Carmela. Thank you both !!

Everything was impeccable, very clean. Matteo is super nice, very kind and welcoming. It went very well. A small downside, above a company that starts working early. For us no worries because we get up early but don't think to make the fat morning. Reserved parking in the courtyard.
