Monthly Rentals in Punta Cana

Excellent host, very attentive to all the details and made the whole process from the time of booking until the time of leaving very pleasant, making us feel right at home, the apartment was excellent. We would return to this place again.

My friend and I stayed here for a week and everything about our stay was amazing! Communicated with Fausto often with questions or when we needed more towels/essentials and he not only responded immediately, but got us everything we needed in a timely manner. We loved the little balcony and sat outside every morning to eat our breakfast with coffee (after cooking it on the mini stove stop which was perfect). I will say the water never really got hot, but was a tolerable room temperature in the shower and sinks. Outside security was consistent and effective. As for the front desk, there was only a concierge on the day we arrived and no one was ever there after that. We walked downtown multiple times and were so close to the grocery store Jumbo which we walked to frequently. Ubers were around $5 USD to the beaches nearby (Bibijagua, Jellyfish, Bávaro, Corales) so I would definitely recommend that before renting a car. 100% RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!!!!

Stood here for a little over a month. Felt right at home. They were very welcoming and gave me all the info about local spots and they were always ready and quick to help with any issue I had. Peaceful area, pool in residence, and nice, cozy apartment. Great location to choose and good price.
