A terrific property in a beautiful location, peaceful and quiet with everything you could need, and so many wonderful places to visit just a short drive away, and lots of local walks too. The accommodation was perfectly presented, lovely and clean, with some really thoughtful welcome gifts , which added to the experience. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, and hearing about their plans for the place makes me excited for a return visit. Very highly recommended.

The house and location is just perfect in every way possible. The local area is so peaceful and quiet it really does allow you to relax and switch off. The house is the nicest Air B&B we have ever stayed in and is immaculately clean from top to bottom with everything you could possibly need. There is plenty of comfortable seating in the lounge for all guests and a kitchen big enough for everyone to socialise in while cooking too, both areas have great underfloor heating. The bedroom layout suited our two families just right and the en-suites were a real bonus for us too, especially as the showers were amazing!The beds are super comfy and the pillows are like fluffy clouds at the end of a busy day. I cannot stress enough just how clean, tidy and well presented Rhys’s house is. We will without doubt be looking at returning for another stay within the year. This place is a real gem and absolutely worth staying in. Thank you so much, we have throughly enjoyed our time.

Wow, what a brilliant stay we had in this beautiful cottage in the heart of mid Wales. Upon arrival Rob & Jen were so welcoming and friendly, showing us all the rescue animals and area where our dog could play off lead which was brilliant, alongside sharing some first hand local recommendations. We felt right at home arriving to the warming fire and twinkling fairly lights. The cottage is beautifully decorated retaining rustic charm with modern touches and was very clean and comfortable throughout. We especially appreciated the welcome basket of bread, eggs from Rob & Jen's free range hens, Welsh cakes, butter and milk alongside all of the dog friendly touches and lovely garden for our dog Maude to explore. If visiting mid Wales again this place will be at the very top of our list, couldn't recommend more highly!

What a stunning location, loved the cottage,which is such an amazing place to stay and we so enjoyed watching the beautiful sunsets each evening, just perfect. All topped off by the wonderful goats, lambs and chickens.
