Monthly Rentals in Butternuts

I’ve stayed here before and Sarah’s place it always clean, modern appliances, and comfy bedding/decor!

Perfect place for our large family to stay for a local wedding. Host John was super responsive and friendly. The place was very spacious and comfortable. The gift card to the local bakery Five Kids Bakehouse was a nice treat and probably the best pastries we’ve ever had.

Had a great time! We needed a little private getaway and this was just that. Kailey was extremely friendly and welcoming.

The Humingbird was a terrific escape. Back in the relaxed county and in the woods it was peaceful beyond peaceful. The property is up the driveway and tucked back from the street. The street has almost no traffic. If the leaves were on the trees it would be a total isolated spot. But even in this early spring it was a serene space. Quiet, peaceful, private. What more could you ask for. We took advantage of the hot-tub. Again, so private! The house is setup with some awesome sitting areas too. So much character from the wood beams to the metal work on the stairs. The kitchen has what we needed for meals. Plus two bathrooms is huge plus for a weekend getaway to have just enough privacy. :) Thank you to our hosts for sharing their sliver of relaxation.
