Our stay with Jessica and Steve was magical. Their home, surrounded by grapevines, fig trees, a vegetable garden, nectarine trees, and friendly farm animals, provided a serene escape. They treated us like family and made our 13th anniversary unforgettable with a thoughtful bottle of champagne. The place was pristine, stocked with fresh farm eggs and hand-picked vegetables, and they encouraged us to pick any fruits or veggies from the garden to enjoy. We enjoyed breathtaking views, peaceful starry nights, and a private sauna that added a touch of luxury. After living in the city, we had the most peaceful sleep here. Our daughter loved playing with their Golden Retrievers, Miley and Keemo. The caretakers, Shannon and Randy, were kind, and their Texas Heeler, Deeyogee, was a joy. We planned to explore nearby lakes but were so enchanted by the property that we spent our time wandering and relaxing.Highly recommend this beautiful retreat with amazing hosts.

Diane’s place is a lovely studio perfect for a long term stay. Well equipped with everything you need. Diane was very responsive and accommodating.

Congenial hosts and a cosy cottage with a well equipped kitchen and access to an attractive garden patio. A peaceful oasis, but well situated for easy access to shopping center and downtown areas. Hosts are quick to respond and helpful with suggestions for visitors to the area. Highly recommended.

The place was very clean and spacious. Joyce left a lovely supply of snacks. The apartment is in a perfect location and was extremely safe with a coded gate to park and access the apartment.

This was probably one of the best Airbnb experiences I've had! The place was PERFECT for a group, and it had everything you could possibly need (extra towels, tons of space for hanging, lots of games/activities). I really appreciated Sara Rose's prompt, helpful responses to my questions. The vintage charm was such a treat. I can't recommend this home enough!

The loft was exactly as it’s seen in the photos. It’s a very sweet one bedroom. We had everything we needed and really enjoyed all the comfort. The lighting was nice, the AC worked great on those hot Chico days, the decor was lovely. My mom and I stayed here after being evacuated from the Park Fire, so it was so nice to feel safe and at ease. Gail was very kind to us. The neighborhood is super cute, like a mini replica of downtown Chico with beautiful big green trees shading the streets. We were even able to walk to the Italian restaurant near by one evening which was a perk. It was a quiet area as well. The front seating area was sweet but we were there during smokey days due to the fire so the ants and beetles were crawling around a lot, probably because of the AQI. Other than that it was a fantastic location and close to many errands we had to run. It’s ideal for a couple or single person. Definitely recommend it! It’s not far from other areas of Chico.
