Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Butte County

I appreciated how quickly Joyce and her team replied when there were questions and I was able to extend my stay for an additional month with ease.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment. Great stay, great accommodations. Stayed here for a few months while I was in town for work. Area was gated and safe. Joyce and Erica her manager were excellent hosts, was always able to get ahold of her if I needed something, and very easy to work with. Don’t have anything to complain about. And I would totally stay here again if the I am ever in the Chico area again. And would totally recommend this property to anyone. much safer and better then a hotel.

The location was great. Downtown and close to all the great restaurant's and reasonably close to outdoor activities like hiking through Bidwell park. The residence is clean and well kept. Joyce was very prompt in her responses to any of my questions. I will stay here again if given the opportunity.

Marie was such an awesome host! Her place was exactly as she described, spotless, and so homey! We honestly cannot wait to stay here again!

My husband and I stayed here while he was working an assignment in the area. The pictures were spot on. Updated, modern and all the kitchen needs possible. Beds super comfortable! The parking is gated along with the condos. They have a wonderful outside common space with grills, grass area and picnic tables. My husband and I enjoyed our nightly walks to dinner. So many options within a few blocks.

Joyce was a fantastic host from helping our daughter check in to the day she checked out. The house was spotless, the bathroom came with shampoo and conditioner and had a great shower, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need, the neighbors were quiet and friendly, the gated parking was fantastic, checking out was easy with no keys involved and no need to strip the beds which was very convenient, and overall it was a 10/10 stay. I would 100% book with Joyce again.

Slight issue getting in at first but Joyce and her team were all really nice, great people. Thank you for a nice place to stay while visiting friends for a wedding.

Awesome host and answered all the questions I had in regard to staying an extra month.

We stayed for two months after selling our house and finding a new one. This was perfect for us, everything we needed in the kitchen except for a large frypan. The bed was comfortable and the entire place was furnished well! Wonderful location, great place for walking. We had an issue with the internet going out and Gail was prompt with fixing the problem. Now the unit has a dedicated, secure mode. I would highly recommend this unit!

This is a very well maintained house and grounds. It is a wonderful property to enjoy complete with a grand swimming pool, tennis court and basketball and everything needed to enjoy those sports. A beautiful view is afforded out every window and slider with all the conveniences and a hostess who cares and aims to please. We felt very fortunate to be here. People that visited said, "What a find!" and we certainly agreed!

The loft was exactly as it’s seen in the photos. It’s a very sweet one bedroom. We had everything we needed and really enjoyed all the comfort. The lighting was nice, the AC worked great on those hot Chico days, the decor was lovely. My mom and I stayed here after being evacuated from the Park Fire, so it was so nice to feel safe and at ease. Gail was very kind to us. The neighborhood is super cute, like a mini replica of downtown Chico with beautiful big green trees shading the streets. We were even able to walk to the Italian restaurant near by one evening which was a perk. It was a quiet area as well. The front seating area was sweet but we were there during smokey days due to the fire so the ants and beetles were crawling around a lot, probably because of the AQI. Other than that it was a fantastic location and close to many errands we had to run. It’s ideal for a couple or single person. Definitely recommend it! It’s not far from other areas of Chico.
