Vacation rentals with a pool in Butte County

We really loved this home. It is within walking distance of downtown close to the restaurants and activities. The street is beautiful and peaceful. We would highly recommend this home for your next stay.

What an excellent spot to stay in Chico! Being one mile from downtown was perfect walking distance for burning off my Jiffy Burger from The Bear, and also having Bidwell Park right across the street was wonderful! We felt right at home and used the kitchen to cook an epic breakfast. Would absolutely stay here again!

This air bnb was perfect for our family of 3 and our 2 small old dogs! So much space for us to “live” inside and the orchards were so peaceful to walk our dogs through. The welcome snacks, Keurig coffee bar, utensil stocked kitchen and the jar full of dog biscuits & the dog bed was such a nice surprise! We even had time to practice our billiard and dart game skills! Easy to drive to the fun spots of Chico. We felt safe and comfortable throughout our entire stay. We would like to stay here again when we come back for our future Chico visits!

Amazing Stay! Exactly as Described!” We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The property is exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The huge backyard was a fantastic space for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors, and the pool was a bonus. It’s perfect for families or anyone who enjoys a little extra room to unwind. The host was truly excellent—super responsive, welcoming, and thoughtful in ensuring we had everything we needed. The location couldn’t have been better, close to local attractions, restaurants, and transportation, yet still quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay!

I've stayed in the main house in the Airbnb unit there and I like both. This one is disconnected so you have complete privacy. They both have neat bath tubs, this one has a deeper one good for a person who is shorter but likes a deep tub, the one inside is longer and old school clawfoot style. The bed is a tiny bit hard and moves a lot with two people but is comfortable enough and there is an extremely comfy leather couch in the unit. There is a really big table and a nice kitchen with everything you need for meal prep. This unit has a lot of space to move around because it's basically one big room and a bathroom, the other unit is a couple of smaller rooms joined together farmhouse style. I recommend it for sure. We even got some help because we forgot a hanger with some clothes on it in the wardrobe and they were able to meet us the next day to get it out with no hassle.

Amazing place! Darcy was extremely easy to reach out to. Their place is absolutely amazing. It felt like being in Hawaii, surrounded by tropical foliage and an incredible hot tub with strong jets. The place was extremely clean and very well-equipped for an Airbnb. Walking distance to UC Chico and downtown as well. I would recommend this place to anybody!
