Very pleasant stay. Wonderful and cozy house, clean and tidy, with attention to detail, equipped with everything we needed. Gianna was helpful and very kind, both giving us valuable directions for our arrival and in the presentation of the house and the surroundings. We really appreciated the quiet location inside the wonderful olive grove. We will definitely be back for our next trips.

Excellent welcome, clear directions to the accommodation, the house was clean and tidy, well furnished and cozy. The ideal location for those who want to stay in touch with nature and get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The route to the house is well explained by the Host, who at the time of booking we received all the details to arrive in front of the gate. The reception was great. To emphasize the super flexibility in check-in and check-out times. With a short time you can reach Pistoia, Prato and Florence beyond the destinations on the sea.

Excellent experience. The location is central, quiet and peaceful, as described. Federico responds to messages practically instantly, clearly distinguishing himself from many unresponsive hosts. The kitchen is best equipped, and the house, already stocked with everything (toilet paper, scotch, soaps, tea, coffee... and more), does not leave room for criticism. Nothing to object to.
