Had a great stay here, very comfy beds, good wifi, and very chill basement will absolutely stay again

We really enjoyed our stay! Plenty of space for everyone we had. We have family that live close and we believe we just found the spot where we will stay everytime we visit!

We had a wonderful stay at Alexander's! Sparkling clean, well -appointed kitchen, and gorgeous view of downtown Des Moines. Alexander was quick to respond to questions and was flexible with our check-in time which we really appreciated. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

Char was extremely flexible with us. Very kind and communication was great. The house was great enough space for my family we felt right at home. If you are looking for place to stay I would recommend char.

Cozy and peaceful cottage. Home had everything we needed to celebrate Thanksgiving as a family. Large kitchen with good sized fridge, stove top/oven cooking equipment/utensils. There was plenty of dining space for meals and playing games. Also was nice to have a washer and dryer so we didn’t have to go home with dirty laundry. Would stay again.

A beautiful themed place! You can tell that they put so much love and work into this home. Every decor/detail was well thought out. Plenty of space for a group of people to spread around. Love all the activities they provided. Emily is super friendly and quick to respond ! Everyone in my trip can’t wait to come back!

Would definitely stay again! We had a late family Christmas (meet up in the middl states wise) and they even left a Christmas tree up 🤩 we enjoyed a hockey game in town and enjoyed having the hot tub to warm up after! Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby as well 💯.

we will definitely be back. The house was beautiful and exactly as described. The setting was peaceful and quite; as well as, the host being responsive and extremely helpful.

Loved our stay. 2 days there were 13 of us definitely tested the capacity lots of room. My husband and I added a day , he seldom gets summer vacations. Bring blankets especially if people sleeping on couches. More kitchen stocking if doing a lot of cooking. The house was awesome one level especially the game room extra space. Two sleeper sofa’s would work in there. Lots of room for large groups. Fire pit and pool absolutely great. Patio and two doors on the poolside was very useful. I did call Douglas with a few questions, very accommodating and friendly.

This home is a hunters/outdoorsmen paradise. Though it is conveniently located 5-10 minutes from restaurants, grocery stores, etc., this two story house sits tucked away at the end of a quiet neighborhood and overlooks a beautiful wooded area. The house is cozy, warm, and private. I came here with family members for a hunting trip and couldn’t be more happy with this air bnb. I would not hesitate to book this air bnb should I ever return to the area. The host, Karissa, was incredibly friendly and answered every question I asked. She kept in contact with us, gave us suggestions on restaurants in the area, and made sure we had everything we needed. An overall great experience!

The house was the perfect place for our weekend wedding dress shopping getaway! The kitchen was well stocked making it simple to cook for our small group and the coffee syrups were a great welcoming touch! Beautiful natural tone modern decor throughout the house with cozy touches in every room that made it a very relaxing place to stay!
