The place on top of the hill offers amazing views. 2 wonderfull small birds stay around the house and we even got to see an eagle on the pole in front of the house looking to hunt. Amza was a very welcoming host and helped us with all our arrangements for the visit of Queen Elizabeth National park & other activities. The gorge & community walk we did with him was beautiful and we learnt a lot from our conversations with him. Absolute high point of the visit was the Ugandan Diner at the lodge. The team went out of their way to create a beautiful feast meal! And it was delicious. We would definately recommend to stay in this spacious and comfortable house.

Loved our stay. Emma was waiting for us upon our arrival since we arrived at night. We had sent our food options on the way & they had everything ready for us. We were told about the animals that frequent the place and after dinner Emma escorted us back to the rooms and showed us the hippo that likes to come and eat the grass from the property. If staying here I would suggest bringing your own flashlight as it is needed in the night -although not recommended to walk out and about at night since the hippo & warthogs, etc like to come into the area. The food was good, the staff was very attentive and the area was filled with different animals. Close to the entrance of Queen Elizabeth park.
