Monthly Rentals in Burke County

From the time of booking, to checking in all the way to checking out everything was a breeze. The house was clean, nice and warm upon arrival. The host was very responsive whenever I reached out. The building does not have an elevator so going up and down was alot lol however I loved it. Will definitely book again

Virginia's place is in a great location and the bed is super comfy and the kitchen is well appointed. While the furnishings are a little dated, the place is relaxing and quiet. The bathroom shower is great. And despite its high ceilings and brick wall (which were beautiful) we were able to keep it super toasty on a cold weekend in Morganton. Nice find!

We stayed in Johanne’s cottage for a month while our house was being built. The place couldn’t have been more perfect for our needs. The house was quiet in a peaceful neighborhood but only a block from downtown. My wife and I have really enjoyed walking to the shops downtown and eating at the great restaurants there. Johanne was an excellent host. We would definitely stay there again.

When I noticed that Downtown Cutie was a "rare find" and took one look at the photos, I clicked "Reserve." Best choice, hands down. Lauren has appointed Downtown Cutie with just the right furnishing and comfort for a great get-away. Beautifully restored home with modern conveniences to make it feel luxurious. Beds were firm with pillow-tops for relaxing sleep. Kitchen and bath were well stocked. Living space was inviting with all the comforts of home. Lots of wonderful windows for natural light and overhead lighting would have been just as bright on a cloudy or rainy day. We look forward to a return visit for more hiking, and visiting with dear friends who live nearby.
