Vacation rentals in Bull Creek

We loved our stay in the cozy cabin. It was more spacious than depicted in the photos. The cabin is tucked away in the redwoods and felt private and secluded, and at the same time was extremely accessible; downtown Arcata was only a 10 minute drive.

Our group had a wonderful stay over New Years Eve week. The property is absolutely beautiful, cozy and very private. It was exactly what we were looking for. Matt gave us very detailed directions to find the remote property. The home was very well appointed with amenities and very comfortable beds. We loved relaxing in the the hot tub and exploring around the region. We would definitely book again. Thanks Matt!

This home was absolutely breathtaking! From the moment you pulled into the driveway you already felt right at home. The house was cozy and the furniture extremely comfortable. The kitchen was WELL stocked and it had everything that you could possibly need. We ended up cooking dinner one of the nights there because how cozy and easy it was! The big open windows made it so you could see the ocean from every aspect of the house. Drinking a cider and sitting in the jacuzzi while watching the waves was the best part. This was a home away from home and we are already looking forward to returning!

Pauline was an incredible host who goes well out of her way to ensure your stay is perfect. The place is in a beautiful location. We had an incredible time and would definitely come back!

We celebrated my husbands 40th birthday and even though the weather was super rainy we still had the best time! We will definately be back to this rental with our kiddos. I usually dont expect great beds in rentals but omg...every bed here was amazing! I had coffee in and read my book every morning while soaking in the outdoor tub and the fire place table top was awesome to lounge around on the only day we had clear skys. We will definitely be back!

What a charming little cottage in a beautiful and convenient location! Celine was so kind and helpful. She was so warm and welcoming to us and our dog, and she recommended trails and a dog park for us to visit. Location was conveniently near good restaurants and scenic places. Wow- What A View! was exactly as described, a great deal, and very enjoyable. We arrived after dark and had no issues finding the location and entering using the lock box key. We were able to bring our dog (loved this) and used the provided sheets to protect furniture. My absolute favorite part was the view from the kitchen and living rooms and the convenient walking distance to the ocean. We happened to be there at the same time as a storm and were able to witness some truly memorable waves. We ate at a few recommended restaurants in town and were also able to cook a few meals in. We played board games and enjoyed some time away from the hustle and bustle of life. Truly a great birthday present. Thank you!!

This is one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in. The hosts have gone an extra mile to provide high quality furnishings throughout. The garage is fully equipped with fun play things: ping pong, darts, and more. Back yard was perfect for us and our dog. Wish we had had time for the hot tub. Thank you; we’ll be back.

We had a great time at this bungalow near the beach. We had never been to Shelter Cove before so we didn't know what to really expect. this place was conveniently located just a short walking distance to the tide pools. The kids love to look for crabs and snails in the pools. We also enjoyed a delicious meal nearby. Shanna was excellent host and let us know of things to do in the area. The place was incredible. it was cozy and inviting. it felt like something out of a Ernest Hemingway book. We look forward to coming back again! Thank you
