Monthly Rentals in Buffalo

Stayed for a few months during g the summer. Perfect 2-bedroom place on a quiet street but in a vibrant and active part of the city. Arrived to a very clean unit with extra towels, bedding, and toiletries included. The apartment included everything in the listing and parking was easy. Great communication with the hosts. Fridge is on the smaller side but it’s new and super-cute. No complaints and we will look into this unit again if we are in the Buffalo area next summer!

I stayed at this apartment for 4 months during an internship at Oishei Children's Hospital. I was pleased with how walkable the area was, not only to the hospital but also other areas of the neighborhood/city.

I booked the place for a month and it was a great place and neighborhood. Free parking next to the building was a bit tricky but still manageable. Matthew was very responsive in case of queries, issues, or special requests. I would highly recommend this place if you are visiting Buffalo for short/long-term.

I've had a string of lame Airbnb experiences: bad beds/pillows, not clean, etc etc. However this place is a diamond in the rough and look forward to future stays. The neighborhood is so convenient and nice. Right next to public transit and shops and food. Couldn't find a better place in all of Buffalo. The unit is spotlessly clean and the bed was the best I've ever had at an Airbnb. The Wi-Fi was fast and I had an amazing time both in and out of the apartment.
