Irena's place is wonderful! Right by the water - great for swimming. It is a short walk to Old Town and in a nice private location. The house has all that you need, is neat and clean and in good order. The price is a little higher than some but it is a beautiful place with outdoor chairs for enjoying the view. We really enjoyed our stay. Irena is quick to answer questions and was very helpful.

We had a great few days at Fani’s place as a family of 4, with 2 children, it had everything we needed. Amazing location over the road from the water with lovely swimming in the bay and short walk from La Banya resort and Mimi’s. Fani and Ivan very kindly arranged taxi’s for us to travel into Korcula old town and also across the island to Pupnatska Luka for a day at the beautiful beach which was perfect for kids. Thank you so much for your kindness, will def recommend 😀

We had a lovely week stay here. The villa had everything we needed and Nikolina was on hand with any queries we had, along with restaurant recommendations. Lovely short walk to the Platan Bar every morning for a coffee. Great outside pool area, only negative is that we wish we were there for longer! Would definitely recommend to anyone and would love to stay here again. Thank you!

We had the absolute best time at Villa Rosemary! What a spectacular location, could not recommend more. Very close (few min walk) to a few lovely local restaurants, and a few grocery stores - perfect for being able to make breakfast in the mornings & eat on the gorgeous terrace. And of course the highlight (beyond how beautiful the villa & the view are) is how close it is to not one but two swimming spots! Maximum 5 min walk down some stairs, and you’re at the crystal clear water of the Adriatic 😍 and should you wish to walk to old town, it is only 20-ish minutes along some of the most breathtaking vistas of the sea & the town! We had a small issue with the lock on the downstairs bathroom one evening, but as with the rest of the trip, Srdjan was very quick to respond & helpful. We also had the pleasure of meeting Srdjan’s lovely mother on the morning we were checking out - what a kind woman! We will hopefully be back very soon! Thank you Srdjan!

I rented 4 of the apartments for a total of 14 members of my family for almost 2 weeks. We couldn't have been happier with the whole experience. Marija and Eli couldn't have been more helpful. Marija had the kindest most welcoming personality. She was available all the time for advice and to arrange everything we wanted. She arranged a boat for the whole family for a day excursion to some islands. She arranged dinner reservations as well as taxi pickups. She also arranged all the transportation to and from the airport. The apartments were in a perfect position close to supermarkets, to the old city and to many restaurants. Our stay there exceeded all our expectations. I highly recommend staying there.

I entirely agree with the other reviews. It is exactly as described. Fantastic location about 30yds then 38 steps above a bakery/Supermarket in the old town. Amazing view of the old town and harbour from the balcony. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, excellent shower over bath. We had a hire car, and Ivan met us, drove us from where we parked to the flat and carried our bags in! Parking in Cavtat is the only potential problem if you have a hire car so ask Ivan for advice. We took the bus to Dubrovnik because it's even worse there, and the bus is easy! Fantastic place to stay and thoroughly recommended.

We couldn’t believe that the views from the apartment could be as amazing as the photos, but they really were! We could have stayed on that balcony all day just taking it all in, but we did venture out into Tivat. It was a short walk to the amenities along the coast path. The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed. As others have mentioned, a shower curtain would have prevented wetting the floor, but it wasn’t a major issue. Sanja had sent us the map location but we couldn’t access it on arrival as our data hadn’t kicked in so she kindly sent her son to find us. She also arranged a taxi for us for our return. It was only a 3 night break and so we would love to return and hire a car to explore a bit further afield. We are just back home and already missing that view! Thank you Sanja.

Amazing host and beautiful room. All that is needed is available. Instructions on how to find the place were very detailed. Only note is that the place is about 20min uphill from the city center on foot.
