very spacious and comfortable place just a couple blocks from the heart of downtown New Ulm. furnishings were very modern and full kitchen had everything needed for a great stay away from home or a quick trip. Great communication from host Rod. highly recommended and looking forward to returning here again.

What a gem! I stayed in Sleepy Eye for a week and this lovingly restored apartment had everything I needed. The apartment is very charming and cozy. I felt right at home. Mark is a most caring host. He checked in to make sure that everything went smoothly and accommodated my early check in. A wonderful stay. I’ll definitely be back.

Probably the best “appointed” Airbnb I have stayed at. They had all the essentials for you if you forgot something. Very clean and organized. The view is awesome and it is so quiet. Ashley is very responsive and super friendly.

Easy peasy. Lovely place, close to downtown and things you want to do. Quiet nice neighborhood. Rhonda was very quick to reapond to messages and eqsy as can be to work with.
