Great cozy unit in the heart of Nelson Bay! Has everything you need for that perfect beach vacation, with just a few minutes away from two of the best beaches in town. We especially enjoyed the little patio and bbq unit!

We stayed at Lottie’s place to visit some friends and family in Nelson bay over the long weekend. The villa was beautiful and cosy. It felt just like home. Lottie made sure we had enough food for brekkie and coffee/tea along with lots of snacks. There were so many cute little touches like beach towels and picnic set if you want to do a picnic at the beach. Our dog loved the space as well and did a lot of sun baking in the yard. The communication was very prompt as well. Thank you for having us, we will definitely be back again.

More place was in such a great spot, walk to both beaches and the shops, cosy and welcoming.
