Monthly Rentals in Brooklyn

I stayed in Dave’s upstairs unit for 4 months. Dave was kind, responsive, and easy to work with. Leading up to my stay he answered my questions in a timely manner and even added a few items I asked about. His place was clean and just as described. I would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect spot to be able to cook, relax, and walk around while also feeling like you’re cozy at home! Perfect location between the Westside of Cleveland and downtown. Would definitely stay again.

I think this is my new go to place when I visit Cleveland! Very easy trip downtown and to other neighborhoods I visited, nearby stores and restaurants, cute and quiet neighborhood. Sara has so many thoughtful and lovely details in her home- dogs treats, toys and bowls (I didn’t bring my dog but missed him while I was there), coffee bar, extra bathroom items in case I forgot something, and and a beautiful, private back yard with furniture. I didn’t cook, but the kitchen seems well equipped. Love the furnishings! I highly recommend Sara’s home. Check in was super easy- they sent me the door code before I arrived.

I had stayed here before, and came back for 2 weeks while I was looking for a house. I still enjoyed staying here, and even got a new fridge installed a couple days after check in. This really is one of the best Airbnb places I've stayed in. Christie did a great job putting this stay together, and Patrick who helps with maintenance issues is a cool guy. Highly recommend!
