House vacation rentals in Brookline

We had a great family vacation in Serge's beautiful house. A quiet, peaceful neighborhood, everything looked exactly like in the pictures. Everything was clean, Serge's instructions were spot on, and his helpful attitude was unmatched by any Airbnb host I've dealt with in the past. Always proactive, reaching out to make sure we didn't need anything else. Any request was immediately responded to and addressed. We hope to return here in the future, it was really great!

The house was easy to find in a tucked away location. The interior of the house was charming, clutter free and the towels and bedding were extremely clean, and scent free which I always appreciate as someone with sensitive skin. We stayed very warm and cozy. We spent time walking the neighborhood and adjacent trail and loved seeing the history of Marblehead all around us.

The house accommodated our family of five and a dog perfectly, and the common areas allowed us to gather all together as well as spread out by activity: E.G. TV watchers in the living room, game players at the kitchen table, basketball player in the backyard.

The house is very clean and I loved the decor. They went above and beyond to make our stay easy. I would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend!

Scott’s apartment is fantastic! It is located on the lower floor of his house. It is very open and light. The bedrooms are spacious and the mattresses extremely comfortable. The kitchen and living area is also spacious, with beautiful views of the woods. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bathrooms are also very well equipped, with very nice towels. There is a washer and dryer, as well as an ironing board and iron. The heating system worked superbly during our stay. We were in the area to visit with family and friends, and the house is located in a perfect location, whether you need drive north or south, east or west! We look forward to staying at Scott's house in the future. Comunication with Scott was very easy and he checked in to see how we were doing. Thank you, Scott, for a lovely stay! We will be back.

We had a wonderful stay. Perfect place for families with children. So close to the beach with all the beach and home necessities you need while on vacation! Quaint town that was quiet but still has plenty of restaurants to visit. Overall, a great place!

The property was stunning and impeccably clean, matching the description perfectly. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the convenient location with a trail to see horses and access to the lake. The host was incredibly accommodating, and we are looking forward to returning with our family. One suggestion for improvement would be to provide garage access to the house for elderly guests who may have difficulty with stairs, as the pathway, although beautiful, was quite lengthy for my elderly parents. Nonetheless, we all had a fantastic time. Thank you.

Another great stay at Michelle's cozy home! It's a great house, very comfortable and roomy and the gas fireplace in the living room was perfect for cold winter nights. I wasn't feeling well and Michelle made sure (without prompting) that I had everything I needed, she truly goes above and beyond :). Extra snacks, wine, breakfast items - it doesn't get any better than this lovely home.

A tastefully arranged cozy space with a dedicated work area, extremely comfortable furniture, and beautiful views of surroundings and city. The house is up on a fairly impressive ridge. Great property!

The house looked and smelled clean. The cleanest airbnb that I have been in for a long time. Beds were very comfortable, sheets and comforters nice. Like staying in nice hotel. Highly recommend. We will stay there again for family gatherings. Thanks for the awesome experience and great location!!

Beautiful home for my family of 6 and two Bernedoodles ! Holly was very responsive with any questions I had and super helpful. Easy to get parking in front of the house and location was close to fun things to do with my family :) Would definitely stay again!

Our family really enjoyed our second stay at Louise’s lovely house. The house is spacious, well furnished, comfortable and well situated. Louise is a terrific host — very responsive, thoughtful and friendly. We love staying here and hope to do so again.

Samuel's place is truly beautiful! What a setting in the woods! Everything was great.

This place is amazing. it's super cute and it's within walking distance of some great cafes and bakeries! There was one small hiccup, but Jeff and Matt were SUPER responsive and Matt wound up there on Thanksgiving night to make sure it was handled.

Q&A's listing pages very accurately described their place. We appreciated their accommodation of an earlier arrival time. Helpful information was shared prior to our visit and Q&A were prompt and friendly in responding to our written questions. Modern place conveniently located near Woburn's downtown. Walking distance to everything you need. Had one small issue come up which Dev quickly took care of.

This is a wonderful home in a great location, and we’ve come back twice now because the space is so lovely and the host is incredibly responsive and kind. Any time we had a question or hiccup, the host was glad to troubleshoot and help out. We are very appreciative, and we definitely hope to return!

We had a lovely stay at Lauren’s place! The home has tons of space, a very well-stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds and couches. It’s a great home base for visiting family in the area. We really appreciate Lauren’s helpful communication throughout our stay too.

I booked this beautiful Swampscott home for my wife's 30th birthday and we couldn't have been more pleased. The house, views, and location were incredible. My wife, family, and friends couldn't stop raving about the Air BnB selection and we had the best time. The cherry on top was an amazing local restaurant at the bottom of the hill which we enjoyed almost every night. 10/10 would recommend to anyone interested in this rental. Ryan was a great host and made everything easy!

The house itself is absolutely adorable, with a cozy and inviting feel. It’s fully stocked with everything you could need—kitchen appliances, coffee, a kettle, utensils, and even a well-stocked shower. Whether you’re cooking, relaxing, or just settling in, you’ll have everything you need to feel at home. The neighborhood is welcoming, surrounded by beautiful nature, making it a peaceful and enjoyable place to stay. I highly recommend this Airbnb and will definitely be returning in the future!

Great space. There were 8 of us that stayed. We mainly were out in about during the day going to Boston breweries. We didn't spend a lot of time there, but we hung out there in the evenings. Bill hooked us up with a bag of charcoal for the grill so we could cook up some steaks. The house has a great backyard area. The kitchen and dining room area was big enough to accommodate us. Beds were comfy and bathrooms were clean. Great shower heads. Off street parking was great for both our vehicles.

We had a wonderful stay here, Regina was very friendly and responsive, and the house was lovely! We will definitely be looking here first for our next trip to the area

The house is spacious and very comfortable, ideal for large groups, everything was clean and organized. The house has everything you need for a long stay, well-equipped kitchen and bathrooms. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, close to the center and public transportation, supermarkets, etc. Ben is super friendly and communicates quickly. I recommend 100% this stay we had a great time.

Mark and Suzanne's home is what we needed on our trip to Peabody. It is clean and the kitchen is well equipped. It is in a quiet cul de sac and the backyard is beautiful. Won't mind staying here again next time we are back in Peabody.
