Excellent location! Great stay for a family away from home! House was magnificent and modern. Beautiful upstairs with an open layout and a downstairs living room. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy each other’s company. Close to the Newton center to access the (T)rain so Boston is easily accessible. Great communication with Amir! He responded quickly with any questions I had! Would definitely come back for another family vacation!

We had a great family vacation in Serge's beautiful house. A quiet, peaceful neighborhood, everything looked exactly like in the pictures. Everything was clean, Serge's instructions were spot on, and his helpful attitude was unmatched by any Airbnb host I've dealt with in the past. Always proactive, reaching out to make sure we didn't need anything else. Any request was immediately responded to and addressed. We hope to return here in the future, it was really great!

We had a great stay in Marblehead. We love the area and the cute shops and restaurants. Amy was an amazing host. Always responsive, very friendly and super helpful and accommodating. The property was very clean and comfortable! I would highly recommend booking a stay with Amy as your host. I can’t say enough good things about her attentiveness and help. Her communication with us was very helpful and made the whole experience effortless.

We have been using short-term rentals as a family since 2011. This is by far the best appointed house we've ever stayed in. Plenty of everything -- basic groceries, towels, dishes, parking, beds and baths. It's a classic New England home with thoughtful updates. Love the vintage touches! Everything was first rate and we were comfortable for our short visit. We will be back!

This has to be the neatest little place on Airbnb in the Boston area, and that's something to be said. Paige and Dara described the place and the experience perfectly, were a dream to communicate with, and were overall humorous hosts. Their in-house shop was very entertaining for us. We will absolutely be staying here again in the future.

Thank you Scott for hosting us! The location was perfect for our son’s therapy intensive, and it was peaceful, calm, and a bonus that it was right near the park. Projector worked well, comfortable desk upstairs for working, strong internet, and a great layout for a family. Our kids really enjoyed the books, and we loved the open layout, as well as the backyard space. We also appreciated the fresh eggs — thank you!

We had a wonderful stay. Perfect place for families with children. So close to the beach with all the beach and home necessities you need while on vacation! Quaint town that was quiet but still has plenty of restaurants to visit. Overall, a great place!

The property was stunning and impeccably clean, matching the description perfectly. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the convenient location with a trail to see horses and access to the lake. The host was incredibly accommodating, and we are looking forward to returning with our family. One suggestion for improvement would be to provide garage access to the house for elderly guests who may have difficulty with stairs, as the pathway, although beautiful, was quite lengthy for my elderly parents. Nonetheless, we all had a fantastic time. Thank you.

Steve’s place is a great find - central, but quiet; a very comfortable spot for a few days in Boston. The beds were super comfy and the living room was spacious. Highly recommend.

My groups stayed at Trang’s home for 2 night and our stay was perfect. The home was exactly as pictured in the listing and was very clean and spacious. Check-in instructions were straight forward and easy to understand. Would definitely stay again in the future if we ever find ourselves in the area.

Great place, spacious, super clean, comfy beds, easy check-in. Loved the decor! Very convenient to Northeastern University, ~15 minute walk to Symphony Hall and the Pru. Definitely recommended.

Great spot for a large group. A few restaurants and mini markets nearby as well. Great value for the money. There aren’t many places in Boston that have enough beds to accommodate larger groups.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Salem. The property was comfortable and plenty of room for our group of eight to gather together. There was plenty of kitchen supplies so we are able to cook some meals. The bedrooms were all very comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and great water pressure in the showers. It was close to downtown which was great for us. We highly recommend Eric’s place and thank you for having us!

My family and I (fur babies included) spent the better part of a week here. Check in was a breeze on a quiet street. Beds were comfortable and cozy. We used the kitchen a few times and it had everything we needed to bake a pizza, brew coffee or even making eggs and toast. A clean and cozy, yet spacious little abode. Easy to walk to shops and food, despite the cold. Easy checkout as well. I can’t wait to come back, as I know a clean and cozy space will be waiting for us. Thank you! Bryan was a fantastic host and his home was great and fit all our needs. The pictures posted are accurate (although I’d say the place looks better in person). For the price, you can’t beat the location and all the room!! I was able to bring my pups which was an added bonus. I would highly recommend this home if you have any Boston/Salem trips coming up. It was about 10-20 min into Boston (depending on where you are going) and 30 min to Salem. Both easy drives. House is older and has some normal wear/tear but it was very clean and had a ton of great amenities included! The game room was awesome. We will be back in the future.

I booked this beautiful Swampscott home for my wife's 30th birthday and we couldn't have been more pleased. The house, views, and location were incredible. My wife, family, and friends couldn't stop raving about the Air BnB selection and we had the best time. The cherry on top was an amazing local restaurant at the bottom of the hill which we enjoyed almost every night. 10/10 would recommend to anyone interested in this rental. Ryan was a great host and made everything easy!

I recently stayed at Peter's place, and it was exactly as described in the posting. The pictures were accurate, and I was pleased to find the space clean and well-maintained upon arrival. The location is fantastic, as I grew up in the area. I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again in the future. Highly recommend!

Great space. There were 8 of us that stayed. We mainly were out in about during the day going to Boston breweries. We didn't spend a lot of time there, but we hung out there in the evenings. Bill hooked us up with a bag of charcoal for the grill so we could cook up some steaks. The house has a great backyard area. The kitchen and dining room area was big enough to accommodate us. Beds were comfy and bathrooms were clean. Great shower heads. Off street parking was great for both our vehicles.

We had a great weekend in Boston with friends. The house was convenient to T and made it easy to get downtown. Plenty of sleeping space for our group of 7. Thank you for the coffee set up and the bottled water

Mark and Suzanne's home is what we needed on our trip to Peabody. It is clean and the kitchen is well equipped. It is in a quiet cul de sac and the backyard is beautiful. Won't mind staying here again next time we are back in Peabody.

We took this trip for the NBIN track event. It was perfect for the team. This place was comfortable with just enough room for everyone to spread out. The hosts were very responsive and helped us throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again.
