Monthly Rentals in Brook Park

Our stay was just a weekend trip, and Charles’s townhouse worked perfectly for our needs! Lots of amenities such as washer and dryer and easy parking! It’s in a great location and Charles was super quick to reply and very nice! Great value at a great price! Would 100% recommend!

Berea Blue Bungalow was a diamond of a find. Had an event at I-X Center. Not only was this bungalow incredibly close to the venue, it felt secure, private, and comfortable. The home was clean, well-maintained, and included some great amenities. Matt was always responsive and available for any concerns within a decent timeframe. I highly recommend the Blue Bungalow for a weekend getaway, a cozy stay for a local event, or a business trip stay.

This apartment was perfect for my 3 week stay in the area. The kitchen is small, clean, and completely functional. The living/dining area provides several comfortable options for hanging out. I worked from the dining table and was very comfortable. Internet was stable. Bathroom, again clean and met all needs. In the bedroom I was able to make adjustments for comfort and the rooms were generally quiet. There was a little noise in the morning from cars idling to get warm, but this was easily diffused with ear plugs (note I'm sensitive noise so this may not be a concern for many folks!). For longer stays, the garbage was very easy and I know laundry is available but I did mine at family's while visiting with them, so no notes about laundry. There was always a parking spot. Michelle was totally and completely responsive to any question, she was always friendly and available. And of course the location is perfect with good walks, restaurants, grocery store, gas station, all within walking!

I was traveling with a 10-year-old and 12-year-old and choose this place, because everyone could have their own room. One of the girls gave the bathroom experience a 10/10. The house is a charming older house that has been redone with nice modern amenities. The host provide good information and was responsive to our questions. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone coming to Cleveland.
