Monthly Rentals in Brook

I greatly enjoyed my stay. The Perkins Farm was a perfect retreat to spend some alone time and unwind. I love walking the multiple available trails. Wildlife was everywhere and the woods and farm scenic. The tiny home itself was just the right size and I spent many hour in peace reading on the cozy bench downstairs. I loved how sunny the space was with all the windows open. Julie’s guest book was super helpful. I had the chance to try out two of the restaurants, Cup of Joy and The Farmhouse Restaurant, both were delicious experiences in their own right. I would love to come back during warmer months and enjoy the farm stand, fire pit, and grill! Thank you!!

We stayed at this home for a relaxing weekend getaway. The House is very interesting. The rooms are each decorated so unique, making for great photo moments. The yard is huge, we enjoyed the fire pit and privacy. The host was very friendly and communicative.

This place is a peaceful quiet haven. Beautiful inside and out. The host was extremely responsive to my every question. The breakfast he left was a wonderful surprise!! We hated that we only had one evening. Hopefully we will return sometime and spend more time.

This place was such a great find, it’s not very far off the highway so it’s very convenient for when you’re traveling and too tired to book hotels and all. It’s a lovely place that is super clean and surrounded by nature. Private and far away from too many neighbors
