Monthly Rentals in Brockville

Absolutely lovely host with a lovely home. I mentioned that my family was coming to town for a loved one that was about to pass and she left flowers and wine on the counter as a gift. Beyond that she is exceptionally responsive and really worked with us given our circumstances. The home itself is one block away from kings street with many bars and restaurants a short walk away. It has a water view and also has a water front park across the street. My dogs also LOVED the backyard and had a great time during our stay as well.

Walter was flexible with me and my situation. He's very responsive, couple times I needed help and he came through immediately. Building is old, but he keeps it up very well. The loft is on the top floor of a 3 story unit, so if you can't do stairs keep that in mind. Walter has renovated this loft amazingly well considering the space. Has everything you need and it's clean. The area is conveniently downtown, however unfortunately there are some troubled people who flock to the unit next door (to the left). Walter was very kind and understanding, supportive host. He appreciates communication if there are any concerns.

I was hosted over the Holidays during a lot of big changes, and always felt right at home at the Airbnb in Brockville. Richard was a phenomenal host, who cleared the steps and driveway, and salted them through a few of the nastier days. He was always easy to talk to, friendly and helpful. 10/10 would stay again.
