Beautiful place in a perfect location. Food options were great and about 25 minutes from downtown so very nice.

We enjoyed this loft apartment and plan to return! It is a 5 minute walk to the Monon trail, with access to nature and also Broad Ripple Village. “Fresh Thyme” (sizable grocery store) is a 10 minute walk, which was so helpful. The skylights and abundant windows allowed light to flood the space. The AC/heat/hot water systems were robust, even on chilly days. And there’s even an under counter freezer. There’s so much well-planned storage, complete with multiple coat racks, and the laundry room was truly appreciated. It was great to have an inside staircase, too. Can’t say enough about how helpful our hosts were. We will return! The Haleys

Excellent value in a great location! Description matches location and amenities. All basic supplies and linens for a weekend or business stay are there. Communication was proactive and clear. I hadn't previously stayed in a downtown setting, so use of lock box was slightly confusing at first to get keys- but the host helped significantly to make this new experience eased! Excellent restaurants right on the trail. Had a great weekend here.

Ideally located, cute and well-appointed bungalo that feels bigger than pictures show. Comfy beds, blackout curtains, and quiet neighborhood for a good night's sleep. Very quick walk to Fresh Thyme, local coffee shops, and many Broad Ripple restaurants. Close park nearby with playground and pickleball / tennis courts. Lisa was available for questions but we didn't need to reach out. We would be happy to stay again!
