Fantastic location. Clean and great for group traveling together. Lots of space.

Myself and my two teenage children had a lovely stay. The flat was clean and well equipped and was so near the sea, we were able to explore the local area on foot. The views from the front of the flat were amazing and we really miss those views now we are back at home! Parking spot very convenient and straight through the door and up the lift meant getting bags to the flat was easy. We had a problem at the start which was sorted very quickly by the hosts and after that it was trouble free. Only suggestion I have is for a mirror in the twin bedroom.

A well-located spacious apartment in a quiet area with all mod cons for a short or long term stay. Close to Scunthorpe centre and a 10 minute walk from a retail park with supermarkets and shops.

Lovely place to stay. Easy to find, plenty of parking outside. The host left instructions which made accessing the property straightforward. The flat was clean and spacious. The living area was lovely for our family to spend time together. As well as being warm and cosy, It was very tastefully furnished and decorated and had all the appliances anyone would need. The flat is in a great location for access to the esplanade; attractions and amenities are just a walk away. Would definitely recommend 👌

We had a wonderful stay at Sean‘s place, it was a real home from home - highly recommendable! Sean was very friendly and helpful, and his vinoteca downstairs from the apartment is lovely, too. Howden is a pretty village, with very nice eateries and good amenities, but it’s useful to have a car to get around the area. We‘ll definitely be back and hope to be able to stay at Sean‘s again.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Kitchen was fully equipped. The bedding and towels were great quality. The location was also perfect for being able to go out and do things without use of the car. Having the peace of mind of having private and secure parking in such a busy location was a great asset.

Working in the area so we needed a clean and tidy place with comfortable beds and good internet - Sarah Janes place ticked all these boxes. Weekly cleaning was also a massive plus. Will certainly use again when we're next in the area.

15 minute drive to the auditorium where we were working for the week. Comfy bed, good shower, plenty of parking. 4 double beds, 4 sets of keys so we could come and go as we please. No complaints from us. Great everything. Thanks very much.

A great stay at the villa! We stayed for NYE and Rachel provided some extra goodies for us to celebrate, the house was really well equipped and clean alongside this Rachel was amazing with communication and keeping us informed.

The house was lovely and spacious and incredibly close to the high street and the beach. Super easy check in and check out.

Lovely trip to Whitby. Elliot's pad is well equipped and comfy. My son mentioned it also being a great "hide and seek" house! Well located to walk into and around town. Elliot was a responsive host who welcomed us at the property. Would recommend.

The house was clean, warm, with all amenities as listed. Louise was great communicating all info regarding the booking.

Great accommodation for our family while visiting relatives over Christmas. The house is very clean and uncluttered with a well equipped kitchen and a large, open plan living/dining area. The house is in a quiet spot while being handily located off the main road between Grimsby and Healing. Parking is easy with a small private drive leading up to the house.

We stayed at Jame's place as we were going to an event at Bridlington Spa. The location was central for the town, seafront, harbour and Bridlington Spa. We were met by Tina who was very friendly and helpful. James pre-booked parking for us which was only 5 minutes walk away. The apartment suited our needs and we have booked to stay again later in the year.

The bed was incredibly cozy, and the little thoughtful touches made it feel like a home away from home. Communication with the host was excellent, making check-in and check-out a breeze. This is the second time i have stayed here, the flat was spotlessly clean on both occasions, the location is great and the views are superb, the flat is fully equipped with everything I needed and the secure off street parking is a fantastic added extra. Will certainly be staying again.

We had to move our dates slightly due to a funeral, but John & Lindsay said no problem at all. The accommodation was spotless, very homely and perfect for our stay. We had our two dogs and the cinder path was 300m away and Cleveland way 0.5miles away walking distance and not even on the main rd. Local pubs were friendly and food nice, great value for money eating at the Hayburn Wyke and digs welcome. W Would defiantly stay here again and would recommend others to do so. Claire and Kai's Apartment was lovely. Very clean and tidy and really well equipped. Its a short walk (10-15 mins) down to Whitbys harbourside and a 3 min taxi ride to Sneaton Castle (we were staying in the apartment for a wedding at Sneaton Castle). Having an allocated parking space in the garage is a real bonus and its easy to manouvre (we have a largish car - RAV4). Overall well recomended.
