Family-friendly vacation rentals in Bridgewater

From the beginning Ting and Ning had excellent communication that made the booking experience at their rental extremely easy. My questions were answered in a timely manner and the instructions were clear. The home was beautiful and the comfort was so manageable that my guests and i were so sad for it to end. The fruit when we walked in was much needed because we were starving. The home was such a great experience and i would definitely book with Ting and Ning again. This was the first time my family and I went to the East Coast, we’re born and raised in CA. This location was PERFECT for a family reunion we had planned ahead of time and the pricing was immaculate. Big thanks to the hosts for being so helpful and having an amazing place!

Beautiful home, very spacious, lots of activities for children. Host provided clear instructions making check in and out very smooth.

My children and I had a wonderful time! The unit was immaculate, the views were lovely, and there was plenty to do at the hotel. Paul was the best host! We had a car issue and had to extend our stay. He was polite, quick to respond, accommodating, and he took excellent care of us whenever we had any questions or concerns. We are looking forward to visiting again!

Evalina and John were the best hosts we’ve ever had! There was a big winter storm during our trip and the power in the area went out briefly and John was over at our place turning on the generator right away. Highly recommend staying here

Peter's place is THE perfect stay for a couple (plus dog) planning a visit to Rockland County. The cottage is extremely clean and incredibly cozy. The surroundings are beautiful, with the property well set back from the road and bordering Harriman State Park. Suffern and its restaurants aren't far and there's easy access to the Palisades Parkway to go anywhere else nearby. I grew up in the county and visit my parents on a regular basis. Any time I can't stay at their home, Peter's place will be my go-to from now on.

No complaints -- Michael's place was as advertised, and we had a great ski trip!

The cabin was as pictured. It was quaint, cozy and very clean. The views outside were wonderful. My partner and our two dogs stayed for the weekend and found it great for all of us! There was even a little basket of dog items to use! Highly recommend for a little quiet getaway!

My family and I stayed there for 2 nights, and we found it to be very roomy and comfortable. Pletty of space, more than enough bathrooms and bedrooms to choose from. I would definitely stay there again for a ski trip or Waterpark. Thank you Jay.

Thoroughly enjoyed my 2-night stay at The Little House! The cottage is cute and nicely decorated -- artsy and very homey. Also fully-stocked and impeccably clean. The bed was comfortable with plenty of blankets and pillows. Loved the swing on the front porch! Julia was very responsive to my questions ahead of my stay, and friendly and helpful when we had a chance to meet and chat. It was a lovely getaway!

Magda’s cabin was the perfect winter getaway! It was cozy and warm, with a functional kitchen and dining space that made meals easy and enjoyable. The family room was spacious, offering a beautiful view—especially when it snowed during our trip. The three bedrooms were well-maintained, each with a comfortable queen bed that made for a great night’s sleep. Magda was incredibly responsive and flexible, making our stay even smoother. We would absolutely book here again!

Elayna's place was beautiful, quiet. Her place were exactly as seen in the photos. if I do return to NY/NJ I would definitely stay here again. 5 star aren't enough stars for this place.

We had a wonderful stay at this house. It was clean, spacious, very warm despite the cold, and had a terrific pool table and air hockey table. Our family relaxed and spent good time together.

I’d give the Carriage House 10 stars if I could! Lori was so welcoming and friendly, great start to our stay. The photos pretty much tell the story, but the apartment is even more beautiful in person. Everything you could want or need and more is there; the kitchen was fully supplied, better than most I’ve seen. Comfy bed; plenty of places to hang out between the sofa and table, and outside as well. The decor was wonderful, colors and fabrics well chosen for the rustic elegance vibe. The artwork was really impressive, it was different from what’s in the photos so maybe the pieces are rotated in and out, but a wonderful modern counterpoint to a more traditional vernacular style of architecture. Couldn’t ask for a more peaceful and private setting, so wonderfully quiet, and the big floof dogs were a delight, so friendly! Will be sure to visit the alpacas next trip! One of our best travel experiences ever, so glad we discovered this gem.

Gayann’s place was great. She was extremely responsive from beginning to end. Everything was clean and comfortable. The landscaping was amazing and the home was beautiful.

Red was a great host! Extremely responsive and acted right away on all of our needs. The community had a lot going for it with their own ski hill, sledding hill and indoor pools. I would highly recommend this place.

Loved our stay! It was exactly as advertised. Linnea did a great job making the place comfortable, the farm/antique touches were all well thought out and made for a great atmosphere, and she left us some really nice local coffee. Highly recommend!!!

Check in was easy, Jennifer house was perfect for my family it was spacious and very roomy, my family even said how beautiful the place was!
