Besik is a great host. He is very attentive and delivers on what is being offered. My family and I stayed in this home since it was close to blue mountain and it did not disappoint. The arcade machine was a lot of fun and although we didn’t have a chance to use the hot tub due to the rain, it is indeed a very nice amenity to have. Overall I will definitely be looking to staying here again sometime soon.

This was our 2nd trip to this property. My son loves it and I do as well. Would definitely book again!

We wanted a peaceful get away and this place was exactly what we needed, started with notes welcoming our family to the cabin, our children enjoyed themselves with so much to do and I couldn't have asked for a better place for our mini get away everything was perfect definitely will be back !!

Melissa’s place is amazing. Such a great space - house, sauna, and hot tub impeccably clean, super comfy bed and above and beyond details that made our stay feel like a four star hotel but with all the comforts and privacy of a Poconos air bnb. The master bedroom (which does include a soaking tub w jets!) alone was worth it. We look forward for our next opportunity to stay at Melissa’s!

We booked the Annie A Frame for a 50th Birthday celebration! There were 4 of us and it was perfect for our needs. The house was clean and welcoming. We were shocked to wake up to 4 INCHES OF SNOW in April! I messaged Nick and he was so quick to respond and sent two maintence men over to shovel us out. Sitting in the hot tub in the snow was wonderful, however! We used to tub both nights. The provacy screens are wonderful and you do not feel "exposed". We hit the local Brewery and then the Casino... and the Birthday GIrl was a winner! I would recommend this house and Nick to others in the future. Thanks for a great weekend!

Everything was as it was advertised, and Andy was a very thorough and responsive host. The space was well appointed, the kitchen well stocked, and this might seem a little obscure, but even the TP was plush and not the single ply "truck stop bathroom" stuff you get at a lot of Airbnb's. I really enjoyed my stay and enjoyed working with Andy.

The cabin was as pictured. It was quaint, cozy and very clean. The views outside were wonderful. My partner and our two dogs stayed for the weekend and found it great for all of us! There was even a little basket of dog items to use! Highly recommend for a little quiet getaway!

Stayed at Alex and Sveta's place for a quick Valentines day getaway. Place was very clean upon arrival and decorated with the Valentines day decor from my add on. Instructions to get on property and in the home was clear and detailed ensuring a smooth check in. Property was a bit of a drive from food, groceries, etc. So that required some planning if we decided to go out. We wanted a secluded time away so it wasnt too much of hindrance for us. But, restaurants closed earlier than expected so keep that in mind if booking to plan ahead. Kitchen was well stocked which i LOVED. Sheets and bedding was clean. Loved our stay here. Would definitely recommend.

beautiful little place in the middle of a quiet neighborhood, just a few minutes from Greenwood Lake and Warwick. Julie was super responsive and very helpful! One thing to note - though the listing says up to seven people, it would definitely be a squeeze. me and my boyfriend stayed there with a friend and that was the perfect amount of people.

We had such a pleasant stay for our Minimoon after our wedding. Jonathan was quick to respond to any of our inquiries and questions. This is a great little spot if you’re looking to get away for a few days. The Roosters were cute too!

Our stay was very relaxing and we enjoyed it thoroughly. We appreciated the attention to detail in the amenities and the thoughtful touches that included our dog. It was very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The setting is beautiful! I loved having my morning coffee watching the lake. The little lake house was perfect for a weekend getaway. We wish we could have stayed longer and hope to return soon! We 100% recommend it.

A very easy place to stay: Nicely decorated, immaculate, TV loaded w/Apps, lotsa books, games, new appliances, comfortable beds and a shower like none I've ever experienced. We encountered an AC outlet problem to which Morgan (host) immediately responded with needed info for a quick fix. All this, including an easy transition both in and out, made for a very nice rental.

A peaceful and private cabin! Surrounded by nature, lots of deer walking by and resting right outside our door. The space was cozy, yet roomy, and we really enjoyed the artwork and decor. The fireplace and the outdoor string lights made for a relaxing spot to spend the evening. Jesse was a great host, clear communication and friendly. We'd love to visit again!

This cabin is as lovely as the pictures promise. Me, my husband and our 40-pound travel pet, Bella-Moose, did more than enjoy our stay here — we were able to do some healing too. A few days before our visit while on I-70 in Ohio, we had a steer tire blowout on our 40 foot truck custom cab big truck. I was driving at the time, my husband was in bed and that event shook me like a rag doll. It shook us all. We put the truck in the shop for repair in Philadelphia and needed to find a place to rest and recuperate. Adam’s cabin was the ticket for many reasons. This entire space is incredibly inviting. The moment you walk in it feels restful. I really appreciated their thoughtful touches throughout this space. From the wood walls, wood floors, stone sinks/shower, to the soaps in the kitchen and bathrooms - no synthetic scents or cover-ups. Just a wonderful, well appointed, spacious cabin to relax and rest. Thank you Adam, Michelle and Armando!

This cabin was exactly what the pictures showed. Even more beautiful in person. It had a very cozy/comfy feeling upon walking in which is exactly what we were looking for. Jose responded to my messages right away. I’m so glad we picked this cabin for my daughter’s spring break! Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful and cozy house. The atmosphere was delightful, and everything was clean, well-prepared, and perfect for celebrating the New Year and relaxing. There was plenty of space, and the house felt very inviting and comfortable. The host was always available, attentive, and ensured we had everything we needed. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would happily return to this house again and again and highly recommend it to others!

This cabin was very cozy and the surrounding area was very scenic and pretty, as well as quiet and peaceful. Kerri allowed my group of friends to shoot our short film outside the house, and it was a great location for filming as well as a great place for some of the crew members to stay overnight and hangout after shoot. We didn't have much free time but we were provided with lots of recommendations of places to checkout nearby and I'd love to maybe rent the place again sometime to explore the scenery. The neighbors were friendly and Kerri gave us very clear and useful information about the house to make our stay easy.

Always a pleasure. This is our second time. We are already planning on going for the summer. This time we used the hot tub and it was my favorite part. Even the playground my daughter enjoyed! I love the seesaw!!! :) Juliana is the best host quickly responds and the house is very cute and open and spacious! Walmart is 20 minutes away which is our favorite part! We’ve ordered pizza from around too and wasn’t bad! The fire pit was our favorite too! Get firewood don’t forget extremely worth it! We will be BACK!!!

Aretha is so very kind and helpful. Our stay was amazing just because of her organization, clear and concise communication and understanding.
