Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Brevard County

Wish we had more time. Very clean and great location. Some people noted construction noise but we didn’t hear any the 5 days we were there. There were so many restaurants and local beach parks. We ate most meals out with Lou’s Blues club being our favorite. The night we cooked in appreciated the nice cookware and lots of dishes. It was great to sit in the covered pool that was secluded. If you have time would recommend the Victory Casino Cruise. None of us are big gamblers but they have a deal that includes 5 hour cruise, lunch and 2 drinks. It was more reasonable than the River cruise. Only spent about a half hour gambling but here about a few winners. I’m an hour south of here and this is where I’ll come next time I have out of town guests. My friends really enjoyed their stay too. Thanks for sharing your beach house with us!

The house was very well stocked and very clean. Neighborhood is quiet/safe and the backyard is incredible. Love how organized (and labeled) everything was! 10/10 would stay here again and/or recommend!

Tricia is really friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the time in her house. The location is perfect! We saw Space X Launch in the courtyard! Hope to come back again in the future! I'll recommend it to everyone!

My son lives in Indialantic and this home was very close to his home and had the space to accommodate 6 adults and 2 small children and 2 small dogs comfortably. The pool was a great feature. Will definitely rent again if we need the space .

Michael and Phoenix are wonderful host’s. Their home is beautiful, clean and welcoming you feel right at home. The views are incredible. The house was very stocked beyond our expectations. It has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Our family had an amazing time. There were 13 of us, over the holiday we had plenty of room, it is very spacious. The hot tub was an extra nice thing especially since it was too cold to go in the water at the beach. There are many extras. We made wonderful memories and you will too!!

This was just as expected! Everything was wonderful. I was great how close to the beach it was. Easy to get to restaurants shopping and the cruise port.

If I could give this rental 20 plus stars ⭐️ I would. Pictures do not do it justice. I went on a last minute getaway trip with three of my little ones and it’s safe to say the host, Lindsey, made our stay just that much more perfect and special. The house came with everything we needed. I think we just found our forever beach getaway Airbnb. Do not hesitate to book!

We have stayed at the ranch several times and it is always so comfortable and peaceful. We consider it a home away from home! Highly recommend!

This is a cozy little cottage style place. There is a gas fireplace that I used a few times. The kitchen is tiny but functional. Had dishes pots and pans. Ashely was very responsive and helpful with questions. The unit is 1 block off main street. Resturants were all walkable. Very close to the beach. I would stay here again.

Absolutely amazing AirBnB. Would definitely return! The view alone is worth it. Beach is very private and had few people. Deck is wonderful. House furniture is great too. Very responsive host too that professionally handled any issues we had (like checking in). The bugs outside are no joke though. You'll need bug spray if hanging on the deck.

very nice place if you want to be right on the beach in a quiet area. it's great for one or 2 people. The host was very nice and helpful. and we had a great time. will definitely come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Laura's condo. It was very clean and well stocked with the essentials. The ocean view from the balcony is beautiful! Laura is a very kind and responsive host. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

My husband and I had a wonderful 3 night stay. The place was very comfortable and the porch terrific. Great place to relax, read, or eat a meal up in the tree tops. We were delighted that a lighted Christmas tree was in place. Kelsy also provided some yummy local chocolates. There were other nice touches such as chilled glasses in the freezer and some tasty coffee. You are close to Cocoa Village restaurants, shops, and the park on the river.; very walkable. We were able to view the yearly Christmas boat parade at the park. Kelsy checked in with us during our stay and was very responsive, great host. We would return!

We loved staying here for a weekend as a family. The house is spacious and was great for sitting in the living room together or outside at the table. The kitchen was super stocked with seasonings, foil, pots and pans. We had everything we needed to make food and hang out as a group. The patio is also spacious, the pool was a little chilly for the adults in November but the kids didn’t seem to mind at all. This was my siblings first time at an Airbnb and it convinced them to use Airbnb for future trips. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place to stay for a get away with family and friends. Plenty of space for everyone.

We felt very comfortable in the house with Ricardo. The place is a little off the street, but it's very quiet and green. Parking is also provided on site. Very nice beach (Cocoa Beach) nearby. Unfortunately, restaurants and bars are not within walking distance, a car is necessary for that. Communication with Ricardo worked very well and we got a few more good tips for the area. Always happy to come back:)

House was as advertised - great place .. week was cut short by hurricane but that’s out of anyones control . Would glady stay here again .

Needed a weekend getaway close to the beach for a sanity weekend. William's place was perfect. We were self-contained, and enjoyed watching the activity on the water. We saw dolphins, manatee, lots of birds diving, and even a spear fisher on a boat came through. BBQ girl was perfect out by the hot tub. We will definitely be back!

This is the 4th or 5th time we've stayed here, and it's always clean and ready. Sushma responds immediately to any need we may have. She goes out of her way to make us feel at home...from lit deer in the yard to wreaths to a huge Christmas tree. This place is right between family we visit when in Florida. Thank you, Sushma, for a wonderful stay. We'll be back! Happy New Year!
