Monthly Rentals in Brentwood

A last minute booking to meet with my sister traveling for work ended up with the most wonderful stay. The stay at word barn came with everything we needed plus surprise farm fresh eggs. The word barn hosts events and concerts and we were lucky enough to stumble into an evening performance that we could enjoy from our space as well as attend as guests of the hosts. What a treat! The word barn was pet friendly and Katie enjoyed the lower level area as she wasn’t brave enough to ascend the beautiful spiral stair addition. Chatting with the hosts and throughout the stay we really felt the hospitality was exceptional with VIP treatment.

Its a home away from home. Love the privacy, the cleanliness, the quiet, the kitchen. Deb is a fantastic host. She seems like a natural at hosting the apartment. And the scones.......!!!!

Gorgeous place with some of the most thoughtful setup and stocking of any AirBnB I’ve ever stayed in. Beyond the beautifully curated home, Melanie and her family have clearly thought of everything that could help complete their guests’ experience (s’more kits, coffee, local takeout menus, etc.). Would stay again in a heartbeat - hopefully for longer next time!

The Carriage House was perfect for our stay. It was well appointed and exactly as advertised. We would definitely book it again. Thank you to David and Erinn for the hospitality!
