Incredible Views from a Poolside Oasis

Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. This was my groups first time visiting the Split area, and we are so grateful to have stayed in Kastela Novi and at this AirBbB! Alec was very responsive to questions ahead of the stay, and Petra was readily available if needed. The location is very close to the airport which is extremely convenient after a long travel day or if leaving very early. Planes do fly ahead but, honestly, you barely notice it. Villa is just as it’s pictured, rooms are comfy and AC was so great given how hot it was. Pool was also fabulous (don’t forget the bug spray!). Most importantly the neighborhood is absolutely charming. We were very grateful to stay here versus in Split proper.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Ani and would happily return once more. The Villa was in a great location, a little uphill from a couple of excellent restaurants. There were sweeping views across the mainland from the terrace. The Villa was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, well equipped with pretty much everything we could want. There was a great kitchen and the living area and outside space and pool were great. Margita and Jaksa were lovely host, quick to reply to messages and very helpful with suggestions and recommendations when asked. We would definitely recommend the villa to anyone considering a vacation on Brac.

We had a fantastic time and everything went as planned. We did our research and choose this property for the local bus connections to trogir and split. The villa is the best we have stayed in, modern and still looks like new. The hosts were extremely kind and flexible with us. The villa is fully equipped and had everything expected and more. There is a lot of construction works being undertaken with many new villas and flats being built, the area is very much under development however this didn't affect our stay.

Marijo welcomed us very warmly, showed us the accommodation and gave us tips for excursions in the nearby area. Marijo was always reliable and quick to reach, a great host! The location of the place is quiet and idyllic. The house is super well maintained and equipped, all household supplies for everyday needs were provided to us from the beginning. Absolutely recommended!

Kristel’s place is beautiful. It’s up in the mountains and so you do need a car but the drive is worth the views. Sunsets are fabulous and we loved the walks in the local area. When we went, the restaurants weren’t open as it was the end of season but we bbq’d, ate at home or went into Split for the evening. Kristel and her husband are lovely and keen to help. There was an issue with the pool and they were very helpful and quick to respond. They allowed us to check in early and met us at the bottom of the hill to show us how to get to their house as it is a bit tricky first time if you don’t know where to go. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a nicer place.

We had a great time at Tanja's place. The house was beautiful and very clean. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals ourselves. We were there in late December, so the area was very quiet, and most restaurants closed, which was fine for us because we wanted a quiet vacation as a family. The heated pool was fantastic and the indoors section great in winter. The water was warm enough for our toddler to play in for some time. Overall, a fantastic experience.

Great villa, very clean, lots of space and all rooms as described and in excellent condition. Lovely outside space too. We enjoyed our stay. Igor was very communicative and went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. Villa is an easy short walk to the beach and Omis is a 15 minute walk.

We had a great stay at Luksa’s villa. We have 3 children under 10 and they loved the swimming pool and the pool table. 5 of us stayed here and the villa was plenty big enough for us all. The location was great too, lovely quiet marina with nice restaurants and then a short drive or taxi boat to Trogir. Luksa responded very quickly to any messages we sent. We were very happy and would definitely come back again.

We loved our stay at this property. The location was fantastic, in a small village a short drive from the larger town of Omis. The villa itself was beautiful, and wonderfully clean. The outside amenities including the pool and the spa were so lovely after a day's exploring. Marin met us on arrival, and showed us around the property which was very helpful and welcoming. The area was stunning, with so much variety and lots to see and do. We particularly enjoyed our Zipline experience in Omis, and horse riding at Scuderia Montana in nearby Dubrava. All in all, a fantastic stay, thank you!
