It's very close to the Uber Arena and the price is nice. Everything was good.

Cons: - the location is out of the way. Suggest to get a day tranport card as Berlin need a lot of walking anyway. - the window in the room can only be open ajar, when you cook the smell will be trapped inside Pros - clean - you get to see residential Berlin - there’s a kitchen in my room (not sure about other rooms) - I think the location makes it such that there’s not a lot of non-travellers

The place was clean and as described. Thanks to David's clear instructions, it was easy to find the place and check in independently. Communication with the host was very pleasant, my messages were answered quickly and on the last day we were able to check out a little later. The location was good, there was a tram stop nearby. Wow. An amazing place, in the middle of this coffee workshop a little slice of heaven and sweetness. Thank you for your hospitality, thank you for our stay in Germany with this fabulous place full of charm and history. At the foot of the main square, we couldn't have asked for better.

It was very clean, check in and check out worked smoothly. If you want to be a quiet place to relax but still not far away from the city, the guesthouse is in good hands.

An absolutely wonderful place for quality time for two! In the price Inc is the wellness landscape we had for us all weekend! Super friendly staff, very tasty breakfast and cozy feel well room amenities and atmosphere, highly recommended. We will come back to everyone!

Great location, nice pool and very hospitable

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is beautiful, stylish and special. Communication was wonderful and proactive. The recommendations for activities in the area were great and the in-house restaurant is highly recommended. We will be happy to come back, but next time longer and not just for one night. :) Thank you

What a fantastic attic apartment. We were a family of 4 + dog, with two kids age 10 & 13. The extra bed for the kids, which is not shown on the pictures, was big enough, although a little small, had the kids been bigger. We hope to come back again.

We were already there for the second time. New apartments, beautiful view of the Spree, everything clean as described. I will gladly come back

If there is a need for a special place to stay, you are in the right place. We felt very comfortable, the host was extremely friendly and the interaction was pleasant. Location is quiet and close to nature, Falkenstein Castle was seen from the window as a panoramic view of plenty of parking on site and drains on the premises through entrance and exit barrier as well as ring bell system modern and safe. Plumbing and the tent were extremely clean and the property looks inviting with planting and beautiful paths. The breakfast offer is easy to use and also possible in the tent, regional selection of products and variety.
