House is exactly as advertised. It’s new, modern and easy to stay in. Katti and Stefan were excellent hosts and responsive and helpful at all times. You will need a car as the location is remote, but easy to find. Would recommend as a base for local ski resorts in the winter.

We were very pleased with the place. ● Flexible check-in ● Accommodation was easy to find ● Spacious parking on the premises ● We immediately felt at home ● The kitchen was superbly equipped ● Even a crib was on site ● The beds were very comfortable Of course, we were also very lucky during our stay and had a bright blue sky every day. So all in all a very nice vacation.

Here's a slightly improved version for more fluidity and naturalness: --- The apartment has a lot of character, neat decoration and very good equipment. The living room is comfortable, with a modern dining table, sofa and TV. A small balcony allows you to enjoy the sun in the afternoon. The room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The place is particularly quiet, ideal for relaxation. The owners are very welcoming and always available to provide information about the area if needed.

Irmi is a very generous host. The location of the apartment is great as you are right at Chiemsee with access to restaurants and the ferry. A lot of great activities in the area. The apartment is spacious and ideal for two people, well equipped. I was only missing a wash machine and it would have been all perfectly sorted . Thanks a lot for the wonderful stay.

We were very happy to stay in Gabriele's airbnb place in Sankt Johann - it was walking distance from the town and close to many attractions of the area. On our last evening we walked up to Tannweg to the Gasthof on the mountain behind us - wonderful views and super place to be staying. My 8 year old son spent a lot of time in the pool behind our apartment and we all enjoyed the peaceful location a great deal. Thanks very much!

Stefan and Cris’s place was super cute and cozy. They provided a video link to show where to park, the exact location for the apartment and how to enter. The kitchen was perfect for in home meals. Dining table has nice view of mountains. Bedroom with bunk bed is pretty narrow but works well with smaller children. Option of sofa bed was nice to use for my older daughter. Bathroom is functional but also narrow. Shower stall could be awkward for anyone who is larger. All in all we enjoyed our stay here!

Large house for up to 12 guests near the lake/mountains

The house is a 15-minute walk from the lake. There is a lot of space in the house and it is tastefully decorated. Especially the upper living area with open kitchen and dining table is cozy. The lower apartment has a terrace where the sun shines until late in the afternoon in February. Julia was very accommodating. Because it was possible, we were allowed to check in earlier and check out later. Thank you for the lovely stay! Best wishes, Lisa

Thank you so much for the warm welcome! We arrived on Sunday, and it was a lovely touch that Nina had prepared water, tea, and chocolates for us—it made us feel very welcome. We were there as a family for the first time. The surroundings are beautiful, you can experience many things. The farm is beautifully secluded from the village, which creates a special tranquility. The lake is good and within walking distance. The hosts are super friendly and helpful, we felt very welcome. The highlight was of course the short ride of our little daughter, which made the vacation perfect. We will definitely come back...

We were guests with a group of couples/friends at Theresia's. The place was great, I don't think you can be any closer to nature! The adjacent ski resorts are super accessible on foot or by ski bus. And the ski resorts in the Zillertal speak for themselves. Theresia was a great hostess and was always available to answer questions. We will be happy to come back!

We had a great stay in Gallzein! The cottage is quietly located and perfect for a few days of relaxation in the mountains. The equipment is basically completely fine, only in the kitchen we would have liked a few more bowls/functional pans. But absolutely not worth a point deduction, you could just bring them yourself next time. A car is mandatory and to get from A to B or to go shopping, but that's normal. 😊

Fantastic! We couldn’t recommend this Airbnb enough. It is extremely spacious, very clean and in a great location for restaurants/groceries etc. The bedrooms are beautiful with lots of room and the Airbnb is light and open plan. The property is equipped with everything you can require, from a highchair and changing mat for a child to nespresso coffee and additional toilet roll! We loved playing the football table in the evenings. We used the properly whilst we were skiing in the SkiWelt area which wasn’t a far drive to the slopes - PERFECT!
