Beautiful boat, Amazing location

One of our two boats we have to offer this is a lovely yacht with amazing views, Marina location sleeps 4, perfect place for those get togethers, or just to chill. The caravan is brand new and sited in the prestigious Sandy Lodge area in June 2021. A little piece of magic in a tranquil setting, the location is perfect for beach walks and the hut is gorgeous and cosy when the fire is lit and movie on the projector - perfect stay - just felt our shoulders drop 2 inches after being there for 24 hours. highly recommend and the owners are so friendly and helpful. We will be back 🙏🏼

Definitely an area to consider for holiday, or even just to house the overflow during Christmas or other family holidays. Very clean, ample room, and location worked well. If you are looking for a place to take the kids over a weekend or break, this holiday park has plenty to offer, as does Clacton. Will definitely come again. Thanks David for everything!

Had a lovely home from home stay in Southend. I had to be down for work for 2 weeks and Molly Jane's place was just perfect for relaxing and sleeping after some long hours. The flat is very well set up and Molly Jane was a lovely and responsive host. Would recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at the Summerhouse, the area is very quiet, view of the fields was very nice and peaceful and the place was beautifully presented, everything was provided such as tea, coffee, sugar, water etc.. The hot tub was lovely and secluded, the only little little minor thing I would say was the wifi connection , the TV was lagging, but we connected our hotspot which sorted out the problem. Many thanks hosts for the stay :)

We had the most wonderful relaxing stay at the barn. It’s exceptionally well thought out with everything you could need and much more! Truly one of our best Airbnb stays. Sitting in the hot tub as the sunset was a particular highlight! We did a couple of lovely walks through the surrounding countryside & along the river and had a good lunch at The Sun Inn Dedham. Thank you Melissa, we’ll be back!

A gem of a place. Just as described. Only negatives for us, no toilet on ground floor, living room a bit small for 5 adults and one child, perfect if you have less adults,. Bedrooms good sizes for all three. Kitchen extremely well equipped, even for cooking. Christmas dinner. Very good location for seafront, shops, and very easy to find. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

This house is very clean and modern. With a well equipped kitchen. The ensuite makes it perfect if sharing with friends. Plus a downstairs loo. It is a ten minute walk to the beach which has a nice cafe . The pub was a ten minute walk the other way. Serving food. The garden is big and very private with furniture and a small BBQ. A very nice two night stay.
