Absolutely fantastic stay. Communication and check in super easy. The boat itself at the marina was brilliant! Comfortable, everything we needed and more as well as being fun and in a beautiful setting. My only sadness is that we only stayed one night!

We stayed here whilst visiting our daughter who is working in Newmarket, so it was out the way but still within the commute time. The "little house" is absolutely gorgeous, it feels like home from home and has absolutely everything needed for a long stay. Our hosts where very welcoming and Friendly and only a few steps away if needed. We will definitely be back for future visits. Highly recommend.

Stayed here as a little weekend away with the family. Great location. 10 minute walk to the pier. Multiple restaurants and shops within a 10 minute walk. Accommodation was very clean, even though dog friendly didn't smell like dog. Enough space for 4 adults, 2 children and a dog. Rachael was very responsive and answered any questions we had. Also due to not having anyone stay the day we were checking out she kindly allowed us to stay as long as we wanted.

Perfect! Perfect! Perfect! From the beginning Heather has been so responsive so we had faith our visit would be great. We weren’t wrong. We had a wonderful stay, the annexe is clean, cosy with everything you need. The check in and out was easy. The location was superb, easy to walk to the high street and the beach. We recommend the Tapas restaurant ‘Different’ - had a fab night there (food was delicious and the live singer Tracy was a star!) and it’s literally minutes from Heather’s place. Heather was responsive throughout and all recommendations were fabulous Also, we can’t forget to say how comfy the bed is. We slept so well! We are leaving rested and happy. Can’t wait to come back here. Thanks Heather and Luke 😊

Peaceful cottage on a farm in the countryside. The accommodation is well presented and has everything needed.

A very comfortable house on the seafront in a nice seaside town. Everywhere was in walking distance, close to the seafront.
